  The drink tasted like NOTHING, they have UNBEARABLE music blasting ridiculously loud which is compltely unnecessary and it took the employee so long to figure out what my change should be that she had to call over a coworker to help. Are you kidding me?? Another thing I did not like is there is no label confirming I got the correct drink. I like how other coffee companies put a label to omit a guessing game. Two stars for the friendly staff but too many reasons NOT to return!!

  Maybe i picked a bad day but for a Saturday morning at 7:30am I don't understand how. I tried to order a frozen pumpkin roll shake with a shot of espresso. She kept repeating a blondie coffee drink. I said no a pumpkin frozen drink. Between the insane loud music, dj going on as well and 15 other employees going around distracting each other and dancing. Communication was an issue. I get around the corner,they handed me a frozen drink but I noticed zero syrup or cream in it. I drive off and taste it and sure enough no pumpkin flavor or any type of syrup in It. Extremely bitter and burnt drink right for the trash. For a almost $9 drink and 2 dozen employees there at 7am . I expect a lot better service for their drinks. Very friendly employees but they can't seem to listen to the customers orders with loud club volume music going on at crack of dawn. Super disappointed, doubtful if id return.

  Swag Day at 7 Brew was AMAZING!! The staff was so sweet, helpful, and made the whole experience so easy. I definitely went a little crazy and got WAY too many shirts — but they handled my huge order like it was nothing! They had me ordered, my drinks made, and out in about 10 minutes… with 55 SHIRTS!! That’s seriously impressive. Everyone was friendly, organized, and had such great energy even with how busy Swag Day was. Keep doing amazing, 7 Brew crew!! You guys absolutely killed it!

  It’s not worth the price unless you’re into just getting a cup of milk. The cold brew did not even taste like cold brew maybe it’s because they put so much ice inside? It waters it down so much you :( The music is crazy loud for the morning. You can barely hear each other and I had to tell my order like 3 times. Also, I just felt like another transaction. The young people don’t even end the conversation with “have a nice day”. I just tapped my card and another employee came up to just chit chat with the person taking my order and it just felt like I was interrupting their conversation. :/ I wanted to love it so bad but it was just a terrible first impression.

  What an amazing first experience at 7 Brew! From the moment I pulled up, the staff was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about providing great customer service. Everything was fast, fresh, and efficient, and the entire process ran like a well-oiled machine. Even with how quickly they move, the service never felt rushed, the staff took the time to make sure everything was right. Great drinks, great snacks, awesome atmosphere, and an even better team! If this is what I can expect every time, 7 Brew definitely earned a new regular customer. Keep up the amazing work!
