  Excellent food and great customer service at Pollo Tropical! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. Special thanks to Alejandro for his outstanding service — he was very friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Definitely coming back!

  Excellent service at Pollo Tropical! The food was fresh and delicious, but what really made my experience stand out was the customer service from Alejandro. He was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and very attentive from the moment I arrived. It’s not common to find people who genuinely make you feel welcome, and Alejandro definitely did. His positive attitude and friendliness made the whole experience even better. Thank you, Alejandro, for the amazing service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

  La comida de pollo tropical en mi opinión tiene muy buena calidad, pero si lo acompañamos con un excelente servicio como el de Alejandro ( Hialeah Garden) Hace que sea una experiencia 5 estrellas. Muchos lugares debería tener empleados co Alejandro con buena actitud y carisma.

  The food is always delicious and the service is always amazing! Been eating here with my family for years and I can confidently say, Pollo Tropical never fails. Today I got my food from the drive thru and Alejandro took my order and was super kind and generous. He was taking orders outside on the ipad since the drive-thru screens weren’t working, and he looked so happy to take all of our orders. Hope he gets promoted some day!

  Tonight(05/01/26) we went to Pollo Tropical to eat Chicken around 9:52pm, they told us that they run out of chicken and we would have to wait 15 minutes or more, so we asked for Churrasco (Regular Classic TC STEAK, the picture that they show in the menu shows 8 strips of steak… we received only 4, so I nicely complained, the manager respond to me (not in a very nice way) that the one I requested takes 4 strips because that was 2 Onces of meat. I responded that in the menu does not show the difference and there is no explanation of it at all, only the nice picture where they show 8 (EIGHT) strips… I told her that THAT is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. She did not care, not even an apology… because I was very hungry, I did not request for a reimbursement, so here I am, giving them a ONE-star review. I will think more than TWICE going back to POLLO TROPICAL, not only this one in particular, but ALL of them. I will try to contact Whom ever is in charge of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT so they change those LYING menus.
