- MVMike ValdesAug 29, 20261.0Ordered 2 pizzas for pickup. When we arrived home and proceeded to eat, what I saw inside both boxes was insulting! The pizzas were dry, hardly any sauce, hardly any cheese and just looked disgusting. They tasted like old cardboard. Called the place to complain, spoke with a "Jose" who claimed to be the "GM". He was rude and couldn't care less. I will be calling corporate on monday, this place needs to close. Its horrendous!

- RPRosa PerezMay 7, 20265.0I’ve been coming to this Papa John’s location for years, and the service has always been amazing. Miguel is one of the employees who consistently provides great customer service and always makes the experience welcoming and enjoyable. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back!
- KKKat KJul 9, 20251.0I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Papa John’s, especially from the manager, Miguel. I called regarding my pizza order that was completely messed up—it was supposed to have Alfredo sauce, and there was absolutely none on it. Instead of listening and trying to help, Miguel insisted that he “made it himself” and claimed Alfredo sauce was there, even though it clearly wasn’t. I explained this was the second time this exact mistake happened with the same kind of pizza, and asked what could be done to fix it. Miguel basically told me there was nothing wrong with my order and offered no solution. To top it all off, he hung up on me after explaining himself. Terrible customer service, zero accountability. Get better management, Papa John's!
