  POR FAVOR CUANDO COMPREN ALGO EN ESTE COMERCIO REBICEN BIEN PORQUE NO DESPACHAN EL COMBO NUNCA COMPLETO TENGO HIJOS Y CUANDO E PEDIDO ALGO SIEMPRE FALTAN COSAS Y EL TELEFONO LO TIENEN SIEMPRE DESCONECTADO PORQUE SABEN LAS FECHORIAS QUE COMETEN PLEASE, whenever you buy something at this establishment, check your order carefully, because they *never* send out the complete combo. I have children, and every time I’ve placed an order, items are always missing—and they keep their phone disconnected all the time because they know exactly what kind of shady practices they’re getting away with.

  I always buy in this location for my son and I never had had any issues but always curbside. Today I had a really bad experience with the server. I want to used a reward deal. A breakfast combo for 5.49. When I saw how much I paid for it I realized that something was wrong . She charged me a full combo, she asked me which sandwich I wanted never told me that there are restrictions and there were specific sandwiches. When I claim she upset and talked with the manager in front of me without any filters. The manager wasn't very helpul because she didn't know about the deal either. Also I ordered pancakes and never give the butter and syrup and the tea wasn't sweet. In summary I really bad experience and waste a lot of time .

  Employee Claudia likes to talk a lot on the drive thru pick up window. She was having a full on conversation with the person on the pick up window for almost 10 minutes. She kept all 5 cars including mine waiting, because she wanted to have a conversation. We beeped, and she told the car in the pickup window, that she did not care, that we all to wait until she's done having her conversation. Food was cold and drink ice was melted once I got to the window. This employee is really bad, and its clear the management is as well.

  Today, tried to do a receipt coupon for the BOGO Any Sandwich (equal to or less value), only to be told that I can only use it on value menu or breakfast only sandwiches. Refuses to let me buy a double quarter pounder with that coupon. Despite the coupon saying ANY SANDWICH. If you're going to refuse certain sandwiches then put in specified terms on what is allowed for the coupon. Because the vagueness for that coupon only wastes time and causes more problems.

  Buenos días hoy vine a este McDonald’s de 7155 W 4th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33014 y pedí a la mesa 45 un doble meal deal de 6 $ que pone 4 Mc nuggets el pan y el refresco sprits que fue el que pedí y la señora me trajo la bandeja sin el refresco ni el vaso se le había olvidado y luego me dio el vaso vacío para yo levantarme y llenarlo porque ella no quiso servirlo es el único McDonald’s que me ha pasado esto en 10 años que llevo acá en FL y primera ves que me pasa esto incluso la mesa estaban sin limpiar
