The customer service here is deplorable. They’re rude to Uber Eats drivers due to lack of ethics. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s to my worst enemy. RUN! - Don’t walk. RUN from this location, save your money and time.

This place is in bad shape. Poor customer service. Food texture was as if it was sitting for 6hrs under a heat lamp. Bread on the mcchicken was hard. Chicken nuggets had zero crunch. It's like I took them home and microwaved them 2 days later. We went there after a funeral for a quick bite before a 1.5 hour drive back home. I realize it's fast food but it shouldn't be "old and stale" fast food. Every single hand sanitizer unit in the restaurant was empty. My Mom was told to go to the bathroom to get some. 😐
So besides the absolute subpar service, the restaurant was littered with trash and the soda dispenser had every color syrup spilled on the counter. By this point, I would not have been surprised to see a roach during my visit. Stay away from this place. Poorly run. If I owned this store and walked in on this, I would fire absolutely everyone from the top down. Doesn't matter your position here.....you all have eyes and see what I was seeing. Nobody should have to be told to pick up trash and clean the customer seating and self service area. Shameful. Okay! Last night, I placed an order at 9:48 PM. When I went to pick it up, it was exactly 9:58 PM. I greeted the staff—because instead of being at the front counter, they were all gathered together in front of the fries station; there were exactly four people there. I greeted them once more, but they all continued to ignore me. I called out a little louder, and the older woman wearing the headset looked at me, then turned her head away and went right back to chatting with her coworkers. The only thing I could think was that they were having trouble getting orders out—that nothing was ready—and they were afraid to come out and offer an explanation. As it turns out, at 10:10 PM, a young man finally approached me to ask what I needed. When I told him I was there to pick up my order, he simply walked over to the spot where it was sitting and grabbed a bag that had been sitting there since the moment I arrived. Now, here is the question: Is it fair for a customer to walk in and have absolutely no one acknowledge them? Is it fair that they couldn't even say, "Okay, sir, give us 5 minutes—we're busy talking right now"? Is it fair that my order had been sitting there since I first walked into the store, yet I had to wait nearly 10 minutes just to receive it? And is it fair that I ended up stuck with cold fries simply because four people couldn't be bothered to ask what I wanted—especially since they all heard me and saw me standing there waiting for such a long time? You guys are definitely going to lose a lot of customers if you keep providing this shitty service.

The dbl bacon qtr lber with cheese was one of the best burgers I have ever had in my life. I thought I was in a 4 star restaurant eating that,not a fast food place. Fries were hot,the lemonade was great.They have to give you a coin to unlock the bathroom,(I assume they won't if you don't buy anything)if Im not mistaken.Kind of annoying,but I can understand why.Mostly Spanish speaking workers when I went there that day,so to take that as you may...What do I expect in the heart of Hialeah right?
