  They are very unprofessional. The manager Manuel acts as if he doesn’t want to be at work and a worker named Jonathan he was very rude as well. They took 45 minutes to help me and my children. We ordered at the kiosk and I wanted to pay at the counter but once I walked to the register 5 workers came to the register to print out receipts for drive thru and I didn’t like it at all. This was my first time at this location and I won’t be back after this encounter.

  Female employee ( with a headset ) kept talking to other customers for a long time and while I was experiencing problems with ordering a couple of feet way At no time did she establish communication not even eye contact . It seemed like I wasn’t there . Bad experience bad customer service Left the store

  Fui hoy a las 3:40 de la mañana y la experiencia fue muy mala. La empleada que me atendió fue grosera desde el inicio, con mala actitud y sin intención de ayudar. Simplemente me dijo que no me podía atender porque no abrían hasta las 4 y el Mc donald dice que es 24 horas , y que no había nada disponible, sin ofrecer ninguna alternativa ni explicación adecuada. El trato al cliente deja mucho que desear. Muy decepcionada con el servicio. No volvería a este lugar a esa hora.

  This McDonald's location has changed significantly, and unfortunately not for the better. The new policy of requiring employees to handle only one task at a time has made the drive-thru extremely slow. For example, the employee taking orders cannot take a new order while processing a payment, which causes long and unnecessary delays. On a separate visit, I also noticed a lack of professionalism from management. The manager was dressed inappropriately, which did not reflect well on the establishment. Combined with the slow service, it raised concerns about the overall standards and attention to detail. Based on these experiences, I would not recommend this location and suggest others consider alternative options.

  Im so done having to check my bag for my food at this damn place, this was my last straw. Tell me why I asked for 2 sauces for my meal (it comes with 2 so I shouldn’t have to pay for those) and they put in like 5 sauces after 2 that I didn’t order, AND THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT IT IN THE BAG???? Like why the hell did you charge me for 5 extra sauces if you aren’t gonna put them in the damn bag. I always check but ofc I didn’t today. Another thing was my doctor pepper, it was so watered down to the point i genuinely didn’t think it was doctor pepper. It makes me more mad that my grandma even paid for this half ass made order out of the money she makes while retired (which isn’t much). I know this is such a non issue but my god it’s so annoying when I just want to enjoy my food.
