  Quiero expresar mi total descontento con el pésimo servicio al cliente de este lugar. Desde la persona que toma los pedidos hasta la mánager, la atención fue completamente inaceptable. Falta de profesionalismo, mala actitud y cero interés en resolver cualquier situación o atender al cliente con respeto. Es decepcionante encontrarse con un equipo que parece no tener la mínima capacitación en servicio al cliente. Definitivamente, una experiencia negativa que no recomiendo y que deja mucho que desear

  This location is terrible bad service I did an order online and it was 50 dólar order I ask for everything fresh and they send me everything cold and steel the food got me sick and stomach issues I would not recommend anyone to eat on that restaurant they give u contaminated food and with no temperature and they probably don’t use gloves to elaborate the food. Disgusting

  Jonathon and Illet have no customer service. I Brought my kid to the play and have a meal in their playground and they told me I had to leave and go to Burger King because they were conducting a training. Find it odd that they would kick a customer out for an internal meeting. So I took their advice and went to Burger King but I won’t return back to McDonald’s anymore

  A very rude lady who misheard my order and then got snappy with me attended me at the drive thru. If you cannot understand English, you should not act like others are making mistakes. I pulled up to the first window and then she completed taking the person behind me’s order before she even took my payment. I explained the situation to the person at the second window and she just ignored it and asked me to pull around and wait. I simply refused. I was not going to wait extra time for a single sandwich for their drive thru metrics. This place has god awful service, but the food is standard McDonald’s fare.
