  A worker named lissandra , a Hispanic lady with a lot of attitude for absolutely no reason, I don’t know if she’s having a bad day but it definitely shouldn’t be taken out on my customers . My girlfriend was going to start screaming at her and I had to calm her down because of the way we were being spoken to for genuinely asking a simple question like “can you charge me for a Coke I forgot to ask at the other window” instead of being told to go around I was told “eso no lo hacemos nińo.” With a very bad attitude I then continued and asked if she was sure because I’m pretty sure I’ve been charged before and she yelled at me “ no se que decirte” instead of helping . I asked for sauce and she turned around . Just horrible customer service from lissandra . Absolutely made my 5 minutes drive thru a very frustrated 5 minutes . Other then that all the other workers have always been great with me and I’ve always showed appreciation.

  Resulta que necesitas ir al baño, supuestamente lo están limpiando y te encuentras con la señora de limpieza con el teléfono en la mano y el baño lleno de agua te mira con mala cara. Luego viene otro cliente te pregunta si está ocupado y le digo que lo están limpiando “”. La señora espera unos 10 minutos y vuelve a intentar ir al baño pero la señora de limpieza sigue en la misma posición en la que me la encontré yo. Con teléfono en mano y al lado de la puerta. Que bien se ganan la vida la gente en este Macdonald sin hacer mucho 😒😒
