I understand busy times, but in the end, donut orders are a **treat**—not a necessity—and turning away customers over a count is a missed opportunity. The employee was also **extremely rude** and clearly not customer‑focused. **Owner,** please address this. If you’re leaving money on the table and your team isn’t customer‑centric, this business won’t last long.

That aside, it was easy to get to this location. It had the weird drive-thru, where the ordering thing isn't near the window, because they share a building. The kid that helped me was super nice and funny.

I ordered online and used the offer where you get a free dozen with the purchase of a dozen and there was an error in communication between the app and the store so they only sent me one and when i called to ask them for the second dozen they said something about how i shouldve known that if the subtotal was 16.00 on the dos that there was an obvious error or something and they wanted me to go all the way there (20 minutes away) and pay the extra 50 cents that was for some reason not on the order. This is absurd i ordered online for a reason and now they want me to go all the way over there to pick it up myself and pay? Yeah no I shouldnt have to go over there and pick it up myself for an error that they made never ordering here again
