  This place has a terrible mold problem in their AC. It’s so heavy you could smell it I felt it instantly. My nose, head, etc. You can see it coming out of the vents. They put a little fan under it and that’s it. Poor staff is going to be so sick.

  I visited Häagen-Dazs in Miami Lakes and had a really positive experience. From the moment you walk in, the service stands out, the staff is friendly, efficient, and attentive, making everything smooth and enjoyable. The Dulce de Leche Dazzler was amazing! Overall, it’s a reliable spot if you’re looking for great service, a comfortable environment, and premium ice cream 🍦

  Excellent experience at this Häagen-Dazs location. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. They took the time to explain all the flavors and even offered me samples so I could choose with confidence. The final product was absolutely amazing—you can truly taste the quality in every bite. I also loved that they offer ice cream cakes for birthdays… I’ll definitely be ordering mine when my time comes! Delicious ice cream and outstanding service. Highly recommend!

  Best ice cream and location ever. I always go to this location and all the crew members are so nice. I also met the Manager, she was so friendly . Definitely, it’s one of my favorite places.
