- CMCharlotte MolineMay 13, 20261.0I was waiting 20 minutes at 11pm for one drink, other orders were being taken before my order was being made, my order was than made incorrectly and had to be taken back to be made again and she said sorry I added coffee to your matcha and just handed it to me incorrectly made without fixing it I’ve never experienced this lack of proper service at a Dunkin before.

I placed a mobile order at 10:59 I did not recv my coffee until 11:45 I have picture with date and time stamp showing how I waited for coffee for 45 min on a Friday night then when she finally does the order my order is short. Then the employee is more upset with me then I am with her on waiting 45 min. The app doesn’t allow you to cancel and get your money back employee can’t return the funds. Horrible experience
