- AAAnYaJun 7, 20261.0I am posting this review on behalf of my parents who are seniors on a very limited budget who rarely eat out and decided to indulge at Dunkin this past week. The service was horrendous. They burnt their croissant, their donuts were stale and to top it off the service was incredibly rude. They asked for cheese in their croissant however they did not put the cheese in it. When they noticed they forgot to put cheese, they told the cashier who then told the food preparer that she forgot to put cheese to which she replied I can hand over the cheese to you. What are my parents supposed to do with two slices of cheese after they have already bitten into their croissant??? And the lady mopping the floor who had no consideration for patrons walking in or sitting at tables as she was mopping over their feet and under the tables while people are sitting down. My parents will never ever spend the little bit of coins they have at this establishment ever again.
