- ESEric SeidenJun 7, 20264.0I went to the Dunkin' Donuts and ordered donut holes. The lady promptly presented me with donuts. I told her I wanted holes. She did not understand and had to find another employee who spoke English to translate donut holes into Spanish. I did not know the Spanish word for donut hole. Frankly I don't care if you speak English or not but when you have such a short menu you should at least understand what the hell a donut hole is since that is your business. I know the names of all our products in Spanish where I work. We did get it all sorted out but it certainly was frustrating.

Nous avons commandé du salé et des boissons. Nous nous sommes retrouvés uniquement avec les boissons. On se demande même si elles ne l'ont pas fait exprès. On n'est pas difficiles, mais on a vraiment trouvé le personnel désagréable.
