- MMMayJul 18, 20261.0This Dunkin’ location seems to be getting worse by the day. I completely understand that on Saturdays and Sundays the store closes at 11:00 PM. However, there is a difference between closing at 11:00 PM and putting everything away at 10:13 PM because the employees want to be ready to leave at 11:00. When I asked about ordering donuts, the employee responded, “If you want, I can tell you if I have them.” Am I supposed to name every donut I might want so the employee can go to the back and check one by one simply because everything has already been put away before closing time? If the store is open until 11:00 PM, customers should still be able to receive reasonable service at 10:13 PM. Communication was also difficult. At first, the employees did not seem to understand me in English, which was not a problem because I also speak Spanish and was happy to communicate in Spanish. However, when I asked for an explanation about why I could not simply see or order the available donuts, the attitude I received was unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. Because of the poor customer service, we ultimately decided to leave and spend our money somewhere else. This is disappointing because I believe the issue can be improved with better training and management. This is not about wanting anyone to lose their job—it is about making sure employees are properly trained to provide good customer service and treat customers respectfully, regardless of whether it is close to closing time. There are many hardworking people looking for employment in today’s economy, and every business benefits from having employees who value their jobs and their customers. I hope the store manager takes the time to provide the team with better training because this location can definitely do better. Do better, Dunkin’.

I open the bag and not only is it full of ice but there is NO COFFEE!!! It was straight cream with sugar and lots of ice. I contacted the store and it took me to call 4 times for someone to actually pick up. The young girl picked up finally and laughed at my concern and basically said oh well and take it up with doordash. If I could negative stars I would.
