- VCVicky CarrionMay 30, 20261.0Very disappointed with my experience at Domino’s on 67th Ave. I specifically requested that no garlic be put on my pizza, yet the manager on duty ignored my request and the pizza was made with garlic anyway. When I brought it to his attention, instead of apologizing, he responded with, “Well, it’s just a little,” as if my request and the money I paid for my order didn’t matter. He then threw the pizza away and started making another one without offering any apology for the mistake or the inconvenience. At that point, after already waiting a long time, I requested a refund because I did not want to wait even longer. The manager was rude, dismissive, and refused to provide his name when asked. The cashier was also unhelpful and would not provide her name either. Neither employee was wearing a visible name tag. The customer service at this location was unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic courtesy is what made this experience so frustrating. This store needs better management and employees who know how to treat paying customers with respect.
