An old lady with glasses didn’t speak English had me waiting near the pick up window for cars for 5 minutes until a gentleman came to my car and asked me if I’ve been served. I’m coming in the morning. I don’t have time to wait here because people don’t speak English and then on top of that they forgot two of my items.

I didn't even get my order taken until 1:33pm? 30 minutes after getting there while approx 8 other cars that came after me did? What's odd is someone came up to me after the first 15 min and asked if my order had been taken in broken english. When I said " "NO" They turned abruptly and walked away! Finally after 30 minutes I honked my horn to get someone's attention to place an order. Someone then came and looked at me like "how dare I" and seemingly reluctantly took my order. This was at the 495 W 49th street. I been to allot of Chick Fil A's in my time and this was by for the worst experience and service I've ever received. My goodness! absolutely terrible fast food service from a company I''ve always admired and respected! I guess times are changing, but not for the better! - AVC.

- LALEIDY ARTEAGAApr 3, 20261.0This location’s customer service is lacking. It’s unfortunate how they’re conducting business, and I wonder if the franchisee is aware of the situation. If they are, they need to reconsider their business model. This is the second time I’ve visited this location for breakfast. I was in line to order before 10:30 am, but when I finally got to order at 10:32 am, they informed me that breakfast was over and they couldn’t make an exception. I understand that rules can’t be bent for everyone, but as a business owner, I know when a problem exists. This franchisee and/or management need to receive training on customer service and business operations because this is not the way to run a business. Additionally, what happened to Chick-fil-A’s amazing service? This location clearly missed the memo. I won’t be giving them my business. Fortunately, Starbucks is right next door and they’re actually happy to serve you.
