  First time going to Cava and I went pretty late, about 20 minutes before they close. This awesome individual, his name is Rey (if I’m not mistaken) helped me out and my bowl was absolutely delicious. He was very kind and informative. Appreciate you Rey!

  5 stars all the way. I had an amazing experience at CAVA. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt modern, clean, and very welcoming. The restaurant has a fresh and organized vibe that makes it perfect for either a quick lunch or a relaxed meal. The staff was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful while explaining the menu and helping customize the order. The food was outstanding. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and high quality. I ordered a bowl with chicken and several toppings, and you can truly tell they use fresh ingredients. The protein was well seasoned, the vegetables were crisp, and the sauces brought everything together perfectly without feeling too heavy. I also really liked that they offer healthy and balanced options with plenty of variety for different tastes. One thing that stood out to me was how clean and organized everything was, even during busy hours. The service was fast but still professional and attentive, which is something that makes a huge difference today. I highly recommend CAVA to anyone looking for fresh, healthy, and delicious food in the Miami Lakes area. Great spot for lunch, dinner, or even a quick meal after work. Definitely coming back again.

  Staff was all over the place. Very unorganized. They had my food sitting on the prep and just left it there. They were out of pretty much everything and I was here and hour and 30 minutes before they closed.

  CAVA absolutely delivered. From the first bite, you can tell everything is made with care — the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, the flavors were vibrant, and every element in the bowl worked together perfectly. Nothing felt heavy or overdone; it was that ideal balance of wholesome and satisfying that leaves you feeling energized instead of weighed down. The textures really stood out too — crisp, tender, creamy — all layered in a way that kept every bite interesting. You can tell there’s real attention to detail in how everything is prepared and combined. It’s the kind of meal that feels both nourishing and indulgent at the same time. Honestly, it’s rare to find something that hits this level of consistency and quality while still feeling approachable. One of those meals where you slow down halfway through just to appreciate how good it actually is. Definitely looking forward to going back

  I always make it a point to stop at CAVA whenever I’m visiting my florida residence and it’s easily one of my favorites cause it’s quick and healthy but this visit stood out because of Adrian (curly hair guy). They recently introduced new menu items, and Adrian was incredibly knowledgeable about all the changes. He took the time to answer my questions clearly and confidently which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who can balance being both personable and efficient, but he did it effortlessly. I got my usual lamb and avocado bowl, it didn’t disappoint. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience. He kept the line moving quickly while still making each interaction feel intentional and helpful. That kind of service makes a difference and is a big part of why I’ll keep coming back. Thank you Adrian for going above and beyond.
