  My husband and i Went today on a random Wednesday and it exceeded my expectations!! It was my first time trying Mediterranean food and im picky, and we were not familiar with these specific flavors, so I asked if I could try the different hummus they have and the different dressings, and wow they were super nice about it, i tried samples of multiple sauces/hummus. They did great explaining what everything was, and the different options and flavors, it was great overall! On top of everything the food was delicious!! I loved it! Definitely recommend, and definitely will be back!!

  2 stars. Unfortunately, the service and overall experience at this CAVA location are consistently disappointing. The younger employees in particular seem to have a constant attitude, as if customers are inconveniencing them by coming in and ordering food. It’s not a one-time experience it happens essentially every time I visit. Another frustrating issue is the kids’ meal. At other CAVA locations, including Brickell, they have no problem doing half Super Greens and half saffron rice. At this location, they refuse to do it because they claim it takes up another “slot.” Other locations accommodate the exact same request, so it’s frustrating that this location simply chooses not to. The refusal is also usually accompanied by an obvious attitude or stink face. On top of that, they have been out of tzatziki the last three times I’ve gone. How does a CAVA consistently run out of one of its most basic and popular toppings? If you’re repeatedly out of a core ingredient, that’s an operational issue that should be addressed. The food itself is good, but the service, attitude, and repeated lack of basic ingredients make this location hard to recommend. I really hope management addresses these issues because the experience is consistently worse than other CAVA locations.

  I ordered the Greek chicken pita and they waited to tell me that they have no tzatziki sauce. When I asked to change my order the lady told me that she has the same sauce but for salad dressing. She would not change my order and proceeded to make my pita. The sauce was not the same as tzatziki sauce and that was the whole point of the order was that the tzatziki sauce is the best part, so without it the pita taste terrible. I do not recommend this place and they need to do better to supply the important ingredients that they advertise they sell. Please do not sell items on you menu if you can't make them as you promised.

  I had a wonderful experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. Everything was great, but what really made the experience special was the excellent service from Tilly. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. Thank you, Tilly, for making my experience so enjoyable! I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend CAVA!

  CAVA has officially become my addiction! The food is consistently fresh, healthy, and packed with flavor. If you’re looking for delicious Mediterranean food that’s satisfying without feeling heavy, this is the place. The portions are perfect, every bowl is made exactly the way I like it, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you receive. And let’s talk about the pita chips… they’re absolutely fire! Crispy, perfectly seasoned, and impossible to stop eating. Seriously, you can’t have just one! Their lemonade is also incredibly refreshing and the perfect complement to any meal especially during these hot summer months. It’s crisp, refreshing, and one of my favorite parts of every visit. What keeps me coming back every single day though, is the incredible staff. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and they already know my order when I walk in, which says a lot about the level of service they provide. A special shoutout to Andrea! She always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. She’s attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Her exceptional service is one of the many reasons I keep coming back. If you haven’t tried CAVA yet, you’re missing out. Fresh, flavorful Mediterranean food, generous portions, refreshing drinks, reasonable prices, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
