I was just sitting in my yard, and watched a Domino's driver deliver a pizza to my neighbors house. Apparently, they hire liars. If you don't want to work, quit! I won't ever order or attempt to order another pizza from THIS location. Do better!

- SSSierraApr 12, 20261.0My mom placed a delivery order today and 30 min after the app said the order was out for delivery she called the store to check on it. The store manager Peyton answered and gave no explanation what so ever just said that was the time the driver clocked out. When questioned about whether or not the order was ready since that time all the manager said was “it’s out for delivery.” My mom then asked for a refund and to speak with the manager which she never confirmed she WAS the manager just said “I’ll refund you now” then the line went silent. She wouldn’t answer any further questions or give any explanation. The delivery driver Tina arrived to drop the order off and we let her know we were getting a refund due to the unprofessionalism of who answered the phone and Tina proceeded to call the store to confirm if it was refunded so she knew whether to leave the food or not and waited for nearly 20 min for someone to actually pick up, as they just kept picking the phone up and hanging up on their own delivery driver. I will never order from here again.

I called them about it and the manager said the ingredients had changed. Which is weird. So that means the next I order it. And it's not consistent then they lied. But it would've been nice if they just offered to remake it thick and long as the box like it's supposed to be. But they didnt. So I'll actually call tomorrow the store manager and confirm. Because this ain't right. Esp for 9 bucks.
