  Ordered food via delivery! Food arrived cold and we received a wrong pizza order with olives. One of my family members has an olive allergy. I called to speak to a manager and I was left on hold for over 30min. Terrible service no customer service at all. Would not recommend this franchise. Spent over $100 and tipped the driver well just for them to deliver the wrong food and to ignore my complaint!!!!

  2 weeks in a row. I ordered a pizza from their website. It charged my card several times then they told me it would be 3 to 5 days before it refunded. That's okay. I told them, do not bang on the door. Just leave the pizza here. They didn't. of course they pounded on the door. Woke my kid up. A week later same thing. I had to call to the place the order after it. Tried to run my credit card multiple times. And then they supposedly knocked on the door repeatedly which I told them not to and then they called me and I didn't hear it.called back that cell phone 5 minutes later they gosted me.So they took it back to the store and said they would not bring it back. I said it was fine cold and they refused to do it. Wish I could give them them 0 stars

  Quick service and convenient location. Our pizzas crust was perfect, but the toppings where mostly raw. We just nuked pieces in the microwave at home to finish the cooking.
