Very disappointing experience.
They forgot to put our French fries in the bag, and unfortunately I didn’t realize it until after the delivery driver had already left.
The cheeseburgers were very disappointing. They had only a tiny amount of ketchup, one small pickle slice, and a very thin beef patty. They looked like they were made with very little care.
Extremely rude service and tone when taking orders from whatever lady was at first window at around 9:45pm. Slow line in the drive thru. I don’t really think a 10 piece meal and a happy meal that you don’t even make correctly should take 15 minutes.

Bro, i just went here with my family to order 3 $5 meals and when i ordered my stuff and asked for eat in its when everything went wrong because they gave me everything on a take out bag and not only that but one of the cashier dudes who attended me today gave me everything but my 2 drinks and my dressings that i ordered, maybe i will cut some slack to him because from his appearance and behavior i can tell he's new to the job but maybe the food can compensate the shenanigans that happened, right...no because in the name of Birmingham that the nuggets seemed undercooked and they felt dried compared to the usual nuggets i used to ordered last year 🥀😭
This location used to be much better.
I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years because it’s convenient and close to where I live. There was a time when it was one of the more reliable fast-food locations in the area. Orders were usually correct, the staff seemed to care, and getting a quick meal wasn’t a hassle.
Unfortunately, things have changed.
Over the last few years, the quality and service have steadily declined. The food is incredibly inconsistent. Sometimes it’s fresh and hot, but just as often you’ll get fries that have clearly been sitting around, burgers thrown together carelessly, or items that don’t look anything like what was ordered.
The bigger problem is the customer service. There are still a few good employees, but too many interactions now feel like customers are an inconvenience. Simple questions are met with attitude, mistakes are treated like they’re somehow your fault, and the overall experience feels rushed and unfriendly.
The drive-thru can be painfully slow even when there doesn’t seem to be a good reason for it. I’ve had multiple visits where I waited much longer than expected only to receive food that wasn’t even prepared properly.
What keeps this from being a one-star review is the fact that this location wasn’t always like this. I remember when the service was efficient, the food quality was consistent, and it was actually a place I’d recommend. These days, I usually find myself going somewhere else whenever possible.
It’s disappointing to see a location with so much potential fall this far. Management really needs to focus on customer service, food quality, and consistency before more longtime customers decide to stop coming altogether.
Two stars for what this place used to be, not for what it is today.
