  Constantly getting attitude at this location over coffee… Asst Manager made this coffee today May 15,2026 @12:15pm if one has no ice why would it be dark brown ? When asking for more cream this was the result….. it’s supposed to be a Carmel coffee.. if I have 2 Carmel coffee why are they 5 shades of Micheal blacks on darker ?? Someone need to get her attitude in check cause I will be back and have my order corrected.

  Whoever the snaggle toothed lady you had working on 5/10/2026 at 2-3am you need to get rid of her. She took her attitude out on the delivery driver's by completely ignoring them, too frazzled to chew bubblegum and walk I guess. I don't write bad reviews so trust me she was horrible. Then accused me of not being alert when she called the name of my customers order. Although I know that's not the case cause I stared at her the whole time while she did everything but address me and check on me to see who's order I'm picking up. She purposely avoided eye contact until I barked my customers name at her to find out for 35 minutes I was standing five feet away from my customers order (ice cold by the time she handed it to me). She insults me by lying about calling out the name & when I tell her she should make him a reorder, she says oh well. Yeah I seriously care about people losing their jobs, this one, she doesn't need one. She's very unprofessional and the quality of your service or reputation is at stake letting this lady manage your restaurant

  I visited McDonald’s and the experience was far below the standard you expect from this brand. One of the machines was out of service, and there was consistently no staff at the front counter, which made the place feel poorly managed. The wait time was very long, and during that time I noticed staff eating while preparing food, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and professionalism. When I pointed out that my fries order was incorrect, a staff member who appeared to be the manager responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. After that, he ignored me for several minutes, avoiding eye contact and not allowing me to explain the issue, which made the situation even more frustrating. Additionally, the restroom was in very poor condition and did not seem to be regularly maintained. Overall, the location felt neglected and not aligned with the basic standards typically associated with McDonald’s.

  I placed an order, and it was incorrect. I politely informed them that there had been a mistake, but the manager became very aggressive. She insulted me in front of other customers and staff and even threw the food at me. I asked her to calm down, but she only became more upset. Where are the owners or supervisors to address this behavior? Someone like this should not be working there. This incident happened at the McDonald’s in Hallandale, located at 111 Federal Hwy, on April 18 at 6:38 PM. Please review the security cameras. It was shocking to experience this kind of treatment. Not only did she behave this way toward me, but she also started yelling at other customers.

  The manager, a young black male- started yelling at his staff- I asked for a 2b meal- i asked for Big Mac sauce on the side- they put it on the sandwich, no big deal, I still wanted a side of Big Mac sauce that I paid an extra 20 cents for. I did not care if it was on the sandwhich , I did want it on the side - for my fries. He starts yelling, and I asked why are you yelling at me- he then says Im yelling at my employee and why didnt tiu correct it on the screen when they asked. I said , well how ever you want to charge me is up to you, and Im not asking you to remake the sandwhich I just want a side of sauce/ he then says - I have nothing to put it it- I suggested he puts a squirt of it in a 4 peice nugget box- he says no, thats only for a 4 piece. I said well if I ordered a cup of water and he just put that in there instead of the water- he tells me water is 60 cents- I gave a a one dollar bill- and then he made me wait 5 whole minutes to obtain the side of Big Mac sauce I originally ordered. I did not ask him to remake my sandwhich- I did not ask him to give me fresh fries- the ones he gave me were cold and old. But yet he is yelling at his employees and letting the -night- job over take him- please retrain him and I will be disputing this with my bank. And I never got my change -
