    Es la segunda vez que pido pizza la primera vez me mandaron la soda que les dio la gana esta vez me llamaron a decirme que no tenían coca cola ni de 2l ni personal y me dieron a elegir elegí sprite cuando viene el repartidor me dio coca cola cherry la misma soda que la primera vez ODIO LA COCA COLA DE SABORES CHERRY PEOR me malograron toda la comida la pizza si querian no le echaban jamon yo no tengo la culpa que en uber tengan promociones y ma pizza salga barata no por eso me echaran menos jamon es una falta de respeto que den la pizza como quieren y aparte que den la soda que ustedes quieren dar estoy pagando no me daras LO QUE TU QUIERES LA PRIEMRA VEZ QUE PASO NO ME QUEJE PENSE QUE FUE UNA CONFUSION PERO ESTA VEZ NO FALTA DE RESPETO ESO SON This is the second time I’ve ordered pizza from you. The first time, you sent me whatever soda you wanted. This time, someone called me to say that you didn’t have Coca-Cola, neither the 2-liter nor the personal size, and you gave me other options. I chose Sprite. When the delivery driver arrived, he gave me Coca-Cola Cherry, the exact same soda you sent me the first time. I HATE cherry-flavored Coca-Cola. It completely ruined my meal. As for the pizza, it seems like you put less ham on it because you felt like it. It’s not my fault that Uber has promotions and that the pizza comes out cheaper. That doesn’t give you the right to put less toppings on it. It’s disrespectful to make the pizza however you want and then give customers whatever soda you want to give them. I am paying for my order, so you should give me what I ordered, not what YOU want. The first time this happened, I didn’t complain because I thought it was a mistake. But this time, no. This is a lack of respect.

    The food was fine but I won't order from this location again. The delivery driver showed up and tried to beg for a tip. I told him I already tipped on the app. Dude told me I was wrong and wanted to argue about it. I work in a tipped position myself and would never order with out tipping. I don't think it's ok to make someone who already paid over $30 for $20 worth of food feel like they are not being gratuitous enough. When is enough enough? This store lost my business.

    Used to be my go-to Domino’s. Not anymore. I’ve been ordering from this location for years because I live nearby. It used to be one of the most reliable pizza places around. I could place an order, drive over, and it would be ready when I arrived. The staff was friendly, the food was consistent, and the whole process was easy. Unfortunately, over the last few years, this place has gone downhill. The biggest issue isn’t even the food — it’s the attitude. Customer service has become noticeably worse. Some employees act like customers are bothering them simply by walking in. The atmosphere feels unfriendly, and every visit seems to be more frustrating than the last. As for the pizza, quality is all over the place now. Sometimes it’s undercooked, sometimes toppings are uneven, and sometimes it looks like whoever made it just wanted to finish their shift and go home. When you’re paying good money for food, basic consistency shouldn’t be too much to ask. Order accuracy has also become hit-or-miss. What used to be a quick and dependable pickup now feels like a gamble. You never know whether the pizza will be made properly, whether the order will be correct, or whether you’ll be treated like a valued customer. I kept giving this location chances because it was convenient and because I remembered how good it used to be. But after multiple disappointing experiences, I’ve finally reached the point where I’d rather drive farther and spend my money somewhere else. It’s disappointing to watch a place that used to be dependable decline this much. Two stars only because I remember how good it used to be. Otherwise, it would probably be one star.
