  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Wingstop at 645 Hallandale Beach Boulevard on September 18. I ordered through Uber Eats around 8:47 p.m. and contacted the restaurant around 9:50 p.m. under Francheska t after receiving only part of my order, despite paying for the food, delivery, and tip. To be clear, this was NOT the Uber Eats driver’s fault. Wingstop confirmed that the restaurant only handed the driver part of my order. When I called, I was told to pick up the missing food myself even though I had paid for delivery. I was then placed on hold for over 20 minutes and had to hang up and call back several times just to get assistance. I eventually spoke with Joshua, who identified himself as the manager. Instead of receiving professional assistance, I found his response dismissive and unhelpful. He said he would contact his general manager to figure out how to get me my missing food, but during this entire interaction, Joshua hung up on me twice. When I expressed concern that my food would be cold by the time this was resolved, Joshua responded, “I wouldn’t even tell my mother the food is cold. I’m not that type.” I found that response completely inappropriate and unprofessional for a manager. He later stated that his general manager was not answering. About 15 minutes after hanging up on me for the second time, Joshua did attempt to call me back. At that point, I chose not to answer. After being hung up on twice and treated so disrespectfully, I did not want to continue engaging in that behavior. Instead, I contacted Uber Eats directly and canceled the order. Mistakes happen, but the way management handles them matters. I paid to have a complete order delivered—not to pick up missing food myself, spend over 20 minutes on hold, repeatedly call the restaurant, and be hung up on twice while trying to resolve their mistake. Based on this experience, I do not believe Joshua demonstrated the professionalism expected of someone in a management position.

  Listen here. It’s bad enough yall forgot my damn veggie sticks that I paid for. That annoyed me because being on a diet, that was MY side dish to go with the wings as I’m not eating fries. I just sucked it up and wasn’t going to make a review because mistakes happen. HOWEVER, when I looked in the box of wings for my kids and found this FULLY FEATHERED WING, I was absolutely disgusted, the level of incompetence to not immediately see this before throwing it in the fryer and picking them out is disgusting. I then started looking closer at the sauced ones and several of those had feather in them too. I’m seriously considering calling the health department over this because if things like this are being overlooked, I can’t imagine what else is going on over there. I will be contacting corporate also. Unacceptable.

  This place has some of the best wings I've had. I order them well done. I think the best flavors are Mango Habanero and Hot Honey Rub. If you use Uber eats they have some great deals.

  Wingstop has great-tasting wings with plenty of flavorful sauces to choose from. The fries are also really good. it’s a solid spot for a casual meal

  Extremely disappointing experience. I came in simply to pick up food and was treated with an unnecessary amount of disrespect by one of the employees. When I gave her my name, she immediately made a rude face at me. I might have brushed that off if it were an isolated incident, but she behaved similarly toward me the last time I was here. During this visit, her attitude continued and I felt that she was mocking me and speaking to me disrespectfully. I’m a veteran, and I’m not asking for special treatment because of that. I expect the same basic courtesy and respect that any paying customer should receive. Being made to feel unwelcome or mocked while simply trying to pick up an order is unacceptable. Management should seriously address this employee’s conduct. If this is how she regularly treats customers, she should not be representing this location. I won’t feel comfortable returning unless the situation is addressed.
