From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about making sure I had the best experience possible. He went above and beyond, and the way he prepared and served my ice cream was unlike anything I’ve experienced before—it looked amazing, tasted even better, and was made with real care and attention to detail.
