  Came with the family to celebrate a birthday and while the location and atmosphere are nice, the food and drinks were very disappointing. The lychee drink was so bad as well as the gin aperol one! The octopus was chewy, overcooked and with no flavor, the truffle fries were oily and terrible! The kimchi rice was good and the yellowtail maki was good. We are all so disappointed ☹️

  My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of getting to eat at this beautiful restaurant for our Anniversary. The atmosphere was beautiful and very comfortable to sit outside at 8:30pm. The food WOW'd us on every account! We started with the Chili Garlic Edemame, my husband had the special which was Short ribs, I opted for the Filet, we shared the Truffle Fries. We ended with the Smoked Coconut Parfait. The Short ribs and Filet were melt in your mouth. Seriously my Filet melted almost like Wagyu! We were Seriously Impressed! Every single dish was fresh, we'll seasoned, cooked to perfection and absolutely divine! We will absolutely be going back!

  I recently dined at ETARU and had a really disappointing experience. We found a hair in our food, which was already upsetting enough, but what made it worse was how the manager handled the situation. Instead of apologizing and resolving it professionally, he came back to the table trying to prove the hair wasn’t there — while literally touching the food with his hands. It was completely unhygienic and honestly shocking to watch. The lack of professionalism and customer care ruined the entire experience. Definitely not what you expect from a restaurant at this level.

  El lugar es lindo, la comida rica pero pedimos el menú de degustación y tardaron más de 1 hora en traer el segundo platillo… inclusive terminamos la botella de vino antes de concluir de cenar y nos dijeron que hubo un error a la hora de tomar la comanda. Nos salió una cucaracha en la mesa, pedimos la Cuenta antes de que llegara el postre (porque llevábamos ya demasiado tiempo esperando) y aún así trajeron la cuenta con el 20% de servicio incluido a lo cual presentamos objeciones toda vez que el servicio no fue lo mejor… el gerente se molestó y nos rompió la cuenta en la mesa diciendo que nos fuéramos y no pagáramos la cuenta, le dijimos que ese no era el punto (jamás se le faltó al respeto), pero él estaba molesto y literal nos dijo que nos fuéramos de su restaurante de forma muy poco amable 🙄 así que al final el mal trato hizo que la experiencia no fuera buena.

  Llegamos al restaurante con altas expectativas por las fotos y videos que habíamos visto en Internet, pero desafortunadamente salimos muy desilusionados, la comida no llegó toda en el mismo momento. Por lo tanto, mi esposo tuvo que comer mucho después cuando ya yo había incluso terminado mi plato, el Servicio estuvo malo, la chica se demoraba mucho en regresar a la Mesa, por lo tanto no pudimos pedirle todo lo que quisimos, tiró la botella de agua al piso y no la reemplazó y nunca nos preguntó cómo estuvo la comida, la ambientación no nos gustó mucho tampoco porque todo el tiempo hubo una música que no coordinaba para nada con el lugar ni la ocasión, los precios están exagerados para la poca comida que dan, los platos son ridículamente pequeños, parecen de postre, si quieres compartir con Amigos en una vista bonita, te lo recomendaría, pero si quieres tener una cena elegante con un Servicio excepcional, este NO es el lugar definitivamente
