  Service was terrible didn’t offer anything special for my daughters bday and talked about himself the whole time just to forget things we asked for and used predatory sales tactics to up sell us on overpriced water. Will not ever go back. Buyers beware…

  We came to Etaru as walk-ins to grab a bite before taking in the Blood Moon eclipse that evening. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a lovely hostess with the most charming smile. Despite not having a reservation, she was able to seat us right away, which was greatly appreciated. Shortly after, we were greeted by our server, Paola, who was an absolute gem. While my son and I waited for the rest of our party to arrive, Paola was attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. Her warm smile, attention to detail, and consistent check-ins throughout the evening made our dining experience exceptional. What truly stood out was how observant and thoughtful she was. She noticed it was my friend’s birthday and went out of her way to make the celebration feel extra special. She also showed genuine concern for my son’s comfort, which warmed my heart and spoke volumes about her character. Paola made us feel less like customers and more like welcomed guests in her home. Her outstanding hospitality elevated our entire experience, and she is a true asset to Etaru. Please be sure to go back to the original lamb recipe. I wasn’t to please at all with the lamb this time around😉 We look forward to returning

  We had a wonderful experience at ETARU. The atmosphere is beautiful, stylish, and relaxing, with a great view and a really nice vibe. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional without being intrusive. Everything felt well organized and thoughtfully done. A great place for a nice dinner, whether it’s a special occasion or just a relaxing evening. Massive thanks to manager Zeljka who made our dinner even more special

  I’m incredibly disappointed with our experience here. My husband and I chose this restaurant to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and unfortunately, I feel like I picked very poorly. To say we felt neglected would be an understatement. Our server didn’t even offer us water, rarely checked on us, and I eventually had to find another server just so we could pay our bill and leave. What made the experience even more disappointing was watching our server smile, refill drinks and water, and be incredibly attentive to the larger groups around us, while my husband and I—and even another table of two nearby—were barely acknowledged. We genuinely tried to make the best of our special night, but bad service can completely ruin a dining experience, regardless of how good the food may be. There are plenty of restaurants in the area with food that is just as good, if not better, where guests are also treated with kindness and attentiveness. The food here simply wasn’t exceptional enough to justify tolerating this level of service.
