  Horrible slow long service. Always a wait on your "ready" orders and missing food seems to be normal.

  I have ordered wings from the Haines City Pizza Hut twice in the last month and both times I have had bad stomach cramps and diarrhea I wouldn’t order any chicken from there I ordered traditional wings blazing hot and garlic parm both with the same outcome I won’t be ordering food from there anymore

  Mi hijo pidió por el App. 2 pizzas medianas. En 15 minutos voy a recoger. Entregaron y cuando llego a mi casa, mi hijo me dice que esa no era la orden, vuelvo y le entrego la pizza, me hacen otra orden, cuando salgo y reviso en el carro no podía creer que no era la orden correcta. Vuelvo y pido nuevamente. Mira al área de donde se sirve y están pasando el rato jugando y charlando, pero no están pendientes a las órdenes, por consiguiente el servicio no es ni siquiera bueno 3 órdenes para darme mi orden correcta y más de una hora para 2 pizzas medianas. Com solo 2 ingredientes. Por favor cambien el personal completo. Traigan gente que necesiten trabajar , gente seria y servicial. Que ayuden a pizza hot con excelente servicio. Quisiera un reward card por todo el tiempo esperado. Esa fue mi horrible experiencia. Sábado 7/8/2026

  Jessica did an amazing job helping me find something that I could get for myself on the menu. She had the patience which I dont have and explained everything to me on the menu. I would definitely go back to this location. I appreciate you Jessica for your great customer service!

  The staff was nice and friendly. However, the pizza wasn't that good as it had little to no sauce on it. It was mostly cheese and bread. Whoever made the pizza needs to be re-trained on how to make pizza.
