  So glad I stopped here and spent $20. I got what seemed like an old chicken sandwich, an even older Filet-O-Fish with so much tartar sauce I was wearing it after the first bite, soggy fries, and a flat Coke. I'm used to the sandwiches being mediocre, but the fries and Coke were a real disappointment. I wish yhere was consistency in the stores. Guess there to big to care.

  DISGRACE TO MCDONALDS NAME! First off FIRE THE WHOLE MAAGEMENT TEAM FROM TONIGHT!! I was waiting for 15 min for an order that was already ready for pickup. After waiting for so long another customer walked out. I waited and kept ringing the doorbell. The young lady with puffy hair came up and said they were short staffed and that I have to wait. I asked her can she hand me the food and she slammed the window in my face. ECO was also waiting to be let in and they refused to let him in. The lady was very disrespectful and rude and it’s not the first time. She should not be working for anyone with her nasty attitude. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY THE LONG LINES IN DRIVE THRU BUT SHE HAD TIME TO ARGUE WITH ME! And being that I’ve managed a McDonalds this is an absolute slap to the Founders face. They need new management ASAP!!

  Left the premises and were more than halfway home and found out our order was incomplete. Was missing a cheeseburger and the large fries was only 2/3 filled. Having family friends who owned and operated over 40 McDonalds this would have never been tolerated. It is the supervisor’s or manager’s responsibility that this doesn’t happen. They should lose their job or at least get some retraining.

  There is no friendly “Welcome to McDonald’s!” because it’s a kiosk-only/ app-ordering/ drive thru store. No menu boards, no fountain fill / refill station, no condiment station, and not one employee present where you would sit to eat. This is something I would expect in a large urban area, but not suburbia or farm country. Burger was ok, fries were warm at best. I went there at 12:45 pm on a Monday, & there was hardly anyone there.
