  This McDonald’s has to be the worst one, with customer service being the all time worst. The McDonald’s on Hinson is not even this bad. I didn’t even get a receipt to share my info but wow, something needs to be done or hire some other people who actually wanna work there. Those there seem miserable and as if they hate their job, shouldn’t be taking it out on the customers! (Morning shift). (Update) i arrived home, opened my order, I had ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes and they forgot the main thing … the hotcakes.

  The slowest most horrible mcdonalds ever they keep making these stupid fast food places and hiring the worst people ever. They need to revamp their whole franchise and get better customer service and food cause this mcdonalds is a joke

  Just Sorry!!! get some new workers .. so sad.. they sit around & play with people orders & it’s sickening if you don’t wanna work go home it’s not a playground it’s a food business where people come to get breakfast, lunch, & dinner.. it’s sad you have to fight just to get your stuff you ordered & paid for when it’s on The receipt, hell it’s on y’all monitors.. it’s always something at this location anytime we stop by.. “cypress parkway location would NEVER..”

  Una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en un McDonald’s. Me entregaron comida cruda, quemada y mal preparada, algo completamente inaceptable para un restaurante de esta cadena. No entiendo cómo pueden entregar comida en esas condiciones a un cliente. La calidad fue pésima y el servicio dejó muchísimo que desear. Espero que la gerencia tome esto en serio y revise cómo están preparando y entregando los alimentos. Definitivamente no vuelvo a este lugar y no lo recomiendo. Tras que me dejaron esperando 35 minutos me dan la comida en mal estado

  Went specifically for the hello kitty godzilla happy meal they gave her stickers what a rip off how unfair to the children and how deceptive. You literally have to hold up the line in drive thru to make sure and check your child gets what theyre supposed to get really frustrating DO BETTER MCDONALD'S
