As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- YYYary Yary4 days ago1.0I went to pick up a DoorDash order, and one of the employees working at the window treated me terribly—she even made faces at me simply because I don't speak English. She treated me with hateful racism. People like that should not be working in customer service; even if a customer doesn't speak English, they are there to make a purchase—not to have a long conversation with the employee—and you certainly don't need to speak English just to pick up an order. This incident occurred on 5/11/26 at 10:01 AM. I hope the owners see this comment and take action, because having racist individuals on staff does not reflect well on their business.

Their prices are always way lower than expected The food is always a lot more than you need and the service is always polite and fun and we have nothing bad to say about these places
