  Manager and employees were changing light bulbs over our heads while we were trying to eat. Using a ladder that was way to short, having the tallest employee stand on the top rung and wobbling unsteady the entire time. I won't be back to this location.

  I was disappointed with my recent visit to Arby’s drive-thru. I was really concerned about food handling hygiene—the male employee at the window had very long artificial painted nails while handling orders, which didn’t feel sanitary. He couldn't barely pick up the horsey and Arby sauce packets On top of that, the food itself was awful—definitely not up to the usual standards. Between the quality of the food and the lack of attention to hygiene, it was not a good experience. When it comes to food service, cleanliness and quality should be a top priority. I hope management takes this seriously and reinforces proper hygiene guidelines for employees while also improving food quality.
