- CPC PMar 25, 20261.0Has to be the absolutely WORST Franchise in Florida and possible the entire southeast. They never have vanilla or chocolate and a hot fudge sundae is too much to ask for. Pathetic. I've given them ample opportunity to change my mind - like a half-dozen visits over the past 3-4 months; but honest to god, you'd have better luck ordering a hamburger and fires (which they do not serve). totally sucks that they advertise ice cream and then DON'T HAVE IT.

I’ve only been here 4 times but every time, my order has been wrong/just plain bad. The milkshakes were terrible...half of it was ice (which you don’t put in a milkshake to begin with), the coffee I did get was sort of warm and it was the wrong order as well. Brought the milkshake back in less than 2 minutes after walking out and the lady who made it acted like she had never seen me before and proceeded to act like they were overly busy and would not fix the issue. I’d rather drive 15 minutes out of the way than drive less than a mile from my house to go here. Do bother stopping by.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
