  Stopped by around 5 to get coffee and the lady handing us drinks was incredibly rude. Might want to work on customer service skills if you're going to work with the public.

  Have decided to stop coming to this location. When they first opened drinks were good. I'm assuming the training staff was there helping make the drinks because within the last 6 months, none of the drinks taste right. I have even asked to have my drink remade and still wasn't right. Most of the time I just get flavored milk and can barely taste the coffee. I used to love getting the sweet and salty and now I just get drinks that are beige with no caramel syrup and cups filled with ice. I gave two stars because the staff is nice but I can't waste my money here anymore.

  Love their coffee but this is ridiculous how long we just waited in line and how fast the other line went. We have a huge van so we have to be in the outside lane due to our size. We waited for 19 minutes for our drinks while the inside lane was serving people in a few minutes and sending them on their way even though they showed up 15 minutes after us. The order in which they serve people is insane. Very upset right now., especially after a $3 tip and our chillers were melted by the time we finally got them
