Botth workers were very friendly and drinks were perfect. I even asked their names. Amanda and Izzzy. Great service. Amanda helped me figure out what drink I wanted and Izzy was very fast with the drinks.

The girl with the nose ring is incredibly rude. The piercing also looks infected which is gross, considering she is handling people's beverages.

Came in and my coffee tasted very like it was sour milk had gone bad or they forgot to put the syrup in it. Been a big deal so I won’t back up there and ask them to remake it. But instead of all they did back off with more milk and hand it back to me as if it was a new one. It’s pretty clear that it wasn’t remake because they finished it in about 15 seconds and never even went near the expression machine. I get mistakes happened but to treat me like that is terrible and a waste of money to staff that work Monday morning around seven to 7:30 AM on 831 need to be retrained on how to deal with customer complaints and not to treat it as a joke when someone complains even though I was being nice. to treat someone like they dumb and think that they can pull this over someone’s head it’s messed up. They did ask me to try it before I left to think if it was better it clearly wasn’t because all they did was put more milk in it. I told her better cause I didn’t have time to deal with this when I have already taken 10 minutes out of my day to turn back around there many times never had a problem, but whoever worked this morning needs to be. I would recommend anyone going in this place can be good if you have a mess up be careful. They probably put more cream on it and just treat you like you’re stupid that they can just get away with that instead of just trying again and accepting that it could have been a mistake. Some coworkers tried it to see what I was talking about since they all like the same drink I do. We have agreed it probably is not bad milk but instead they must have drop the coffee grounds in it. I’m assuming that it was in accident, but the picture show how many grounds are left after we sipped about 1/4 of it. Still the most aggravating part is they just adding more milk to instead of remaking it.
