  If you go after 2 pm you have the teenagers working and they definitely don't pay attention when you order especially when you repeat the order to them for the third time. Such a shame it used to be worth it to go

  When I drive across the state I always stop here. It generally pretty good service. It just seems the shake machine is always broken.

  Drive thru service is bad. They can’t keep track of orders and mixed our order up with someone else’s. Girls in the food pick up window were extremely RUDE tonight.

  I recently visited this McDonald’s late at night and was disappointed by the extremely long drive-through wait time. The employees that were there seemed overwhelmed and were trying their best, but it was clear there were not enough staff members working during the night shift. Waiting that long for a simple order is frustrating, especially when there are multiple cars backed up in line. Management should seriously consider hiring more overnight employees or scheduling additional staff to help improve service and reduce wait times. Better staffing would make a huge difference for both customers and the workers already there. Online order placed at 11:25 PM received my food at 11:53 PM

  I ordered my food while I was here on my app. It was ready immediately and was already cold! Not one employee acknowledged me, not a Good morning, hello or anything and there was only one other customer here. McDonalds needs to do better.
