Our order was incorrect, so my girlfriend called to complain and we were told to come back to the restaurant to get the missing items. When we arrived, we were told we had to wait for all the wings that were missing. We were specifically told it would only take about 10 minutes. Instead, we ended up waiting around 25 minutes. The service was terrible, and nobody seemed to care that we were being made to wait because of THEIR mistake. The manager, Jessy, did not provide good customer service or make the situation any better. We wasted a lot of our time because of error that was not ours. Mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. We expected better customer service and a much better attitude when trying to resolve the problem. Definitely not coming back to this location.

I believe he was the manager, and his customer service was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a strong impression just by the way they treat customers, but James definitely did. The food was great, the service was excellent, and he honestly will be one of the main reasons I keep coming back to this location. Great customer service makes a huge difference, and James absolutely deserves recognition for it. Wingstop is lucky to have him!

Wing stop has the best wings so I’m grateful somebody is putting the time and attention into this location to make sure it sticks around for a while! Keep up the great work!
