- AMAmy MontagueMay 24, 20261.0I come here every single day I have to beg them to make my hashbrowns fresh because they give me old food. I have to remind them to put the cold foam on top of my drink that I paid for. Today I come here and the lady with glasses on tells me that I’m rude and every day I come there, I have a problem. The problem is that I want fresh food and then I want the add-ons on my drink that I paid for we literally had a huge argument at the window because I asked her to give me one glazed doughnut and one jelly donut but I originally asked for two glaze this is ridiculous to have to be treated poorly because you’re spending your money with a business. I never have a problem with any of the people at the window, even if they forget something or my food is not fresh I simply just say can you please make this fresh for me or can you please add the cold foam to my drink? Never have I been told that I’m being difficult because I’m asking for something that I paid for to be included in my order she is very rude and does not need to be at the checkout window to stand there and argue with me about a doughnut instead of just give me, my doughnut is absolutely absurd!! Get home and give my kids their food and all of it is cold and old !!!!

- LSLisa SheppardApr 18, 20261.0This location is not supportive of teachers. I was working on a fundraiser for teachers at my school and decided to go to the Dunkin location near my house. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon, a time which was less busy. I greeted everyone and asked to speak to a manager. The woman behind the counter indicated I could speak with her. I shared the fundraiser information (I was wearing my school shirt and badge) and asked if she would be willing to donate one gift card. I explained that the gift card would be a part of a drawing which would give a teacher the opportunity to win it. She responded by saying, "gift cards are money and we can't do them". Then she proceeds to say "she can do donuts'. She told me she had done them for the hospital. I got excited thinking, okay this something. I asked her "how do we get donuts"? She responded saying "I have to ask", but didn't attempt to obtain my information or say anything more about helping me with the process. It was said with more of a dismissive tone. At that point, I said "thank you" and left. I will not return to this location to buy anything. One donation will not bankrupt your business. Teachers are important! They have the difficult task of educating the leaders of tomorrow. Do better Dunkin and support your teachers!
