Manager (?) at register loudly sighed and made a big deal when I asked for guacamole and chips and rudely informed me that I needed to order that before I got to the register. No soap or paper towel in bathroom. Bathroom was a mess. Same register worker cursed when another guest accidentally broke a glass bottle. Very unprofessional behavior and TERRIBLE customer service.

However, the location off of Forest Hill Blvd in West Palm Beach is absolutely an embarrassment to the Chipotle brand. I have ordered online and visited this location to see if I would encounter a different experience. Unfortunately, my experience when I visited was so disappointing the Health Department needs to take notice. The lack of cleanliness was seen from the moment you enter to the front counter where you order your food. The employees we encountered seemed completely uninterested in providing a friendly or welcoming experience. In fact, there was no explanation or apology given when we were notified there wasn’t any white rice or vinaigrette dressing available. Chipotle brand promotes food safety and quality standards. However, what this location is committed to providing is a subpar experience with a side of potential Health risk or food poisoning.

The employees had an altercation with another customer next to me, and I thought the employees were right in this situation since the guy was rude. I received my order and went to get a fork to the station, and this guy who was swiping the floor was extremely rude to me. He told me “you can’t go there, we are done” and yelled at me. It seems like he thought I was the guy who was arguing with them, but he was WRONG!!! I don’t know what kind of customer service is that. I’m not a conflictive person so I just stayed away. I always go to this store since it’s very convenient , but I’m not coming back again. Stay away from them. Customer service Sucks.
