    Muy mal atención, sobre todo de las Manager Alysha y Lucila no sólo hay maltrato para el cliente he visto como maltratan al personal en esa tienda tienen racismo con el personal no lo recomiendo para nada solamente con la atención de estas personas y el maltrato que se ve hacia los empleados no no deben ir muy mal atención, muy mala calidad de servicio Y a la hora de pedir Alguna ayuda con el servicio, no resuelven nada sobre todo esas dos Manager son malísimas

    I place the breakfast order online at 10:15 a.m. My husband went to pick it up and the order was canceled. I don't understand why they said breakfast was cut off at 10:30 but I place the order at 10:15

    Give your drive thru workers a pay increase! These poor girls are working hard in 98 degree weather with NO shade covering them and standing next to a long line of hot cars. And they were still super sweet to me, despite the sun beating down on them.

    This Chick-fil-A has so much potential, which is what makes experiences like this so frustrating. The location itself is beautiful, recently updated, clean, and well maintained. The owner also seems genuinely invested in the restaurant and customer experience, and that absolutely shows in the overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, the operational side is where things consistently fall apart. There seems to be very little flow or coordination behind the scenes. The drive-thru and mobile pickup process often feels disorganized, the wait times are consistently excessive, and the team does not seem to be operating in sync. It creates a chaotic experience that takes away from what should otherwise be a great location. My most recent visit was especially frustrating. I placed a mobile order for pickup for my brother-in-law and had the full order confirmation, order number, payment confirmation, and item details ready to go. Despite all of that, the team could not locate the order in their system. Instead of a quick resolution, I waited nearly 40 minutes in the mobile pickup line, only to then be directed to pull off to the side and wait even longer. At that point, the convenience of mobile ordering was completely lost, and I ended up late to work because of it. That is simply too much for what should be a straightforward pickup process. This location has all the right pieces—great ownership, a great setup, and a strong brand—but the execution on the back end needs serious improvement. The team needs better coordination, stronger communication, and a more efficient system for managing volume and mobile orders. I truly hope they can improve the flow because this could easily be one of the best Chick-fil-A locations in the area. Right now, though, the experience is consistently frustrating enough that I actively avoid coming here unless I absolutely have to.
