  I dont usually eat McDonald's but when I do most of the time, I wish I didn't even get it, but this McDonald's so far, every time I have gotten a breakfast item, it's been fresh, hot and good. Thank you. And your drive through service is phenomenal

  Been waiting for an associate to answer a basic question about an online order I placed. Been standing for 15 mins at the counter as i write this review, no line, not a busy night. Probably understaffed but that equals bad experiences. Fortunately for them there is no other place around to eat.

  I was about to take this location's 3.7 stars in demolish it by giving it a one what is this entire atmosphere deserved. However, a miracle occurred and receive such professional and exceptional service from one employee that goes by the name of Sydney. I had to ask her for her name she was so awesome at her job knowing she makes little to nothing. The napkins had no napkins in the holders to catch up had no ketchup these are always signs of lazy individuals I don't care how fast it is you couldn't have me as an employee and it didn't matter how many people were out in this lobby I swear to you those napkins would never run out. So I'm not going to blame it on traffic. I also had an error on my order. Not only did I have one error on my order I ended up having another one and an issue that this young lady sacrifice her time to help me with. I could hear her taking orders from her manager from inside the kitchen yet she focused on her customer and put it in the back of her mind to respond to immediately when she was done speaking with me that was her first truly professional act as an employee here at McDonald's at this Hanley location. Its 3:45 Sept. 25th. Whatever Sydney was working at this location at that time deserves a raise because I know a strong intelligent employee who put their customers needs first before their own opinions and feelings when they're getting paid by the hour. She went by the book she looked at my receipt and she went as far as pulling up the old receipt and Matched our receipts not to prove me wrong but to deduce where the problem had occurred. I've been to other McDonald's and had this problem and those people basically just told me to go somewhere else if i couldn't correct my order before i show up. After receiving my order I finally got to my drink and realized it was a diet drink. I was only able to catch Sydney's attention in Sydney was the only one to come to my aid once again. I will not throw her under the bus and any type of way whatsoever but she did what she had to do to please her customer and that's exactly what she without losing her company $1. I live right next to this store and had Sydney not been here I promise you I would never come back and that's a promise for me to everyone who reads this. You can try this location but you better hope that girl is there or else there's a possibility their reviews will start going back down. You guys got lucky either that or your manager that hired Sydney was a very intelligent man or woman. Is this child is not giving a raise for her diligence professionalism and overall love for her customers then the store just needs to be removed off the map because without her in my opinion and only in this one particular instance because I don't know about any other instances all I know is they have a 3.7 rating and I can tell you why. Lazy teenagers who don't want to put napkins in the dispensers and could care less if every woman child and man had crap on their hands faces maybe even in their hair they could care less I had to catch up on my clothes you think I was able to find a napkin to get water on and get it off? I sure didn't at first. I brought it to one person's attention and they did nothing about it. I literally wanted to come across the counter and take out every single human being that was too lazy to get off their ass bingo put in some napkins in the dispenser. The tables are all perfectly clean whoever was cleaning the tables at this time at this date did a wonderful job cleaning the bathroom and the tables. Whoever that employee is deserves TV paid what they're worth because they're saving customers. I would never have come back here if it wasn't for them and now I promise I will be a loyal customer as long as they have Sydney on their employee on their staff list I will show up and eat here. I know it sounds like I'm throwing her name in there as if it was a commercial but the truth is I'm just thrown by This woman's professionalism and how quickly she acted and how little she showed that it irritated her. Perfect Employee!

  This McDonald's has the best staff! They leave their bad mood at home if they even have one. I've never seen it and I'm grateful for that. Not to mention it's McDonald's so food is always good and from this locale usually always hot... Definitely recommend
