- ATAdam Terminello3 days ago1.0I present to you two McDonald's "chocolate" shakes! They said "oh it is chocolate, it's just light" Well I didn't ask for light chocolate. I know it's McDonald's and all but God damn this place has gone down hill. Guess we won't be going back anymore.

- PGPhyllis GillisAug 26, 20261.0The last two times we went to McDonald's, it was awful. The customer service really sucks. They all working in the back. Nobody up front. No more. You have to use the kiosk machines then when you get your food they don't give you any ketchup, salt, pepper, etc. You would think they would put at least one or two ketchups in the bag with a salt and a pepper. Then you have to ask them and it takes about 10 minutes for them to bring it out. You have to ask for a full up for your drink now they don't have the fill up machines to serve yourself anymore they might lose money I'm sure if we over drink a soda haha. The second time we just wanted a quick frappe drink. Oh we can't do that because the machine's broken. So I walked out. The service and the food are getting awful here
