They refused to refund me after I cancelled my order. They said the ice cream machine was down, so I told them forget the order, then they said they would refund and haven’t done so weeks later. Don’t trust them when they say they will refund you.

Very unprofessional bunch of employeees. Business is ran very slow. Everyone in the drive thru gets pushed to the curb or a parking spot and you wait for 10-15 minutes and then some of the burgers buns are hard and the taste is horrible. I recently moved to the area and I will gladly drive to Wendy’s or another burger establishment then this horribly ran McDonald’s ever again.

I wish I can give no stars manager Janae needs to be fired due to racial slurs and walking up on me aggressively due to their mistakes after I requested twice for my food to be fresh I was giving cold food ask for a discount due to me being late for work having to wait for my order to be remade other guests behind me in the drive-through beeping at me and yelling and screaming, making my children scare. I walked in and requested for a refund and was denied. That’s when Shaniqua had racist slurs and was aggressively walking up on me as if she was going to fight me physically I am in fear for my life. in my children was also scared inside the car due to other guests being aggressive. This could all have been avoided. If my food was fresh like I requested twice in front of the manager at the first window I have contacted corporate and I I am seeking Further action regarding Janae.
