It tasted like sour milk and hardly no flavor of mint. She didn’t seem thrilled about having to scoop the ice cream so from the start I should have cancelled the order. She added four scoops of ice cream so I thought it was gonna be a thick milkshake. Not the case, so runny and felt like I was drinking milk with a little mint flavoring. Very disappointed! A medium shake for $9.13 was completely an expensive fail that I won’t make again! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?

Does Baskin-Robbins sell gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.

Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?
