The first incident was when my husband, 3 children and myself went to get ice cream and ordered 2 large chocolate shakes and we noticed her putting chocolate/white chocolate mix to make it. We asked why she was putting that and she said that's how they were told to make them. We have been to several different locations and they always made it with regular chocolate. We told her we would like it made with just regular chocolate, so what does she do she starts putting regular chocolate with the mix she already had in there. So I tell her we want just regular chocolate not with the mix she already put, she got mad and made the other employee make it. The 2nd incident is when I ordered 25 glaze/blueberry munchkins and they made me pull up to wait no biggie but then I get them open up there is chocolate as well. So I had to wait once again for them to correct my order. Finally I go there again to get milkshakes and guess what no chocolate and there out til Saturday and today's Thursday and this is not the first time they have been out of something and I didn't even receive a apology. Seriously this place is a mess horrible customer service and can't even have enough product to get through the days.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
