- MOMelissa Oshea3 days ago5.0I have to a BIG SHOUT OUT to Ms Shanelle, Ms Renee and Ms Monica for their service! I placed an order for delivery and of course the driver for delivery screwed it up. So I drove down to the store the girls jumped right into action to make sure I was taken care of. I work 2 jobs in the customer service field and their service and actions is Ol School Service and Amazing! Thank you guys for handling the situation and making sure I was taken care of.

The staff has been kind, friendly, and professional, and our food has been fresh, hot, and prepared correctly each time. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Malcolm and Renae, as well as another younger gentleman whose name I didn’t catch. The next time I visit, I’ll be sure to ask for his name and update this review because he also provided such friendly and excellent service. Thank you all for your outstanding customer service. We truly appreciate the consistently pleasant experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

- MHMatthew HesterJul 19, 20265.0I arrived to 3 delivery drivers illegally blocking half the road with flashing lights on. I walk and am greeted right away by the lady up front. I place my order and she shouts 30 winds down. This was to indicate my order, the guy in back was not happy. He yelled well than its gonna be about 35 mins. It disnt say it nice or explain why just was very short with her and me in line ordering. I looked at the woman and she was stunned, she said for real,? And he threw his arms up and said he had to many orders online. So obviously this is an issue. If we cant arrive and eat dinner where you have tables because your staff is stressed and working hard to catch up on orders you loose people from being able to even place an oder. We drove to Gainesville from Archer for this nonsense. Im reasonable but they way they told me it would take a long time vs how it should have been communicated was disrespectful
