And don’t tell me you were busy because all of you were standing around doing nothing. You are breaking The DoorDash merchant contract… The DoorDasher does not help you fulfill the order that means they don’t bag the food, They don’t make the food and they don’t fill the drinks. I will be contacting management and if this situation is treated like a joke, I will contact the owner, (Yes, I know who they are) and if this is still treated like a joke, there are multiple avenues to go down to fix this. Be professional, and stop acting like children. Fill the drinks and have the order ready. I’ve already contacted DoorDash, and they have explained to me in detail that this establishment this specific Wingstop is in the wrong. I posted some photos from AI Also describing how wrong Wingstop is. Go ahead and laugh it off.

Ordering online is the move, because I can order at my apartment and drive to the restaurant and it's ready. I won't ever order in person because then it will take forever, but as long as I order online, it's always fast! Every time I walk in, I am warmly welcomed and taken care of immediately, so the service is nice and friendly. Their food is leagues better than any other chicken place around, and it's the only chicken place I find myself going to these days!

I was told that I couldn't speak with anyone higher because they are a franchise so the corporate number would not apply. I had to find the corporate number myself to follow up. I am a customer that orders wingstop catering monthly for community events. They lost a customer over $1.49.
