  Was only car in drive through, store not that busy, 22 minutes of being told one moment:m. Then ignored when trying to get their attention. Didn’t even order just left never coming back terrible customer service extremely slow for nobody being there. 0/1000000000000

  They stopped taking drive thru orders an hour and thirty minutes before closing. We had an online order and couldn't even cancel it because it was supposedly being made. The line only moved up because people kept slowly leaving. We had to wait for almost 30 minutes for people to leave before we were able to get out. Now I have to dispute this charge with my bank.

  this tacobell was extremely unprofessional, we were left waiting for just about two hours and decided to entertain ourselves (far from the speaker) of the drive thru and we played music in the car which led other cars in the drive thru line to stay and enjoy their time waiting for their food (which was more than two hours). a car in front of us ended up falling asleep and due to us being good civilians we woke them up and helped out the line of people that were behind us and were hungry. afterwards we got reprimanded for doing so bc they obviously did not want to do their job. we also walked to the drive thru and asked them what was taking so long , they initially ignored us and the second time in response they said they were prioritizing doordash and walk in orders rather than the drive in orders that were waiting for already an hour long. we left with no questions and understood that they also had a job to do and they needed a little break. afterwards when they started taking their drive in orders out of no where , they started saying they wouldn’t take our orders bc they “ASSUMED” that we were under the influence when the whole time we were making the most out of us waiting and just some hungry girls. we were threatened that we were going to get arrested when we haven’t threatened nor deterred anyone at this taco bell. i am genuinely so disappointed after paying and waiting 2 hours for my food after not even being able to eat it.

  Taco Bell is my favorite restaurant without a doubt. But this service is beyond OUTRAGEOUS. I have been waiting nearly two HOURS for my order and there is zero end in sight. Order from LITERALLY any other location because this one will hold your order hostage.

  Went to get some Taco Bell and walk to Seven Brew for an event they had there. The lady said if we’re going to Seven Brew we couldn’t park there. I would’ve gotten something at Taco Bell too but as soon as we were leaving there were tow trucks circling the place. Kind of petty seeing as she didn’t even offer us to order at the establishment, just get out and leave. Not great for business just shooing off customers. I could’ve potentially bought from both Taco Bell and Seven Brew but no, I guess. One star.
