  Placed an order ahead of time, showed up half an hour after placing order, 5 piece wings with 1 waffle. Got there nobody was in the store, after waiting 15 minutes someone comes out and says give me a minute, 20 minutes later starts cooking my food, 30 minutes after that, after he’s already made my wings, and they’ve been sitting, he finally makes my waffle, I’ve been sitting here for the past 30 minutes for my waffle making my total time waiting over an hour and a half. They finally asked if I wanted a drink while I’m waiting. Mind you not a soul has came in and ordered during this hour and a half waiting time.

  The food was delicious and the person who served us was very polite and the chicken tasted like actual chicken and was very tasty 😋

  The cashier and cook didn’t seem to care if a customer was there. There till was short of cash and 15 minutes after waiting for my order they told me they didn’t even have the ingredients for my meal of chicken and waffles. I will definitely never go there again. It’s sad because they’re very few Southern restaurants in my area and I was actually looking forward to seeing how it would be. I definitely wouldn’t suggest this store to friends and family.

  So much potential… got the Big Breakfast. Pancake needs an upgrade. Otherwise if they just put a little more thought, love and passion into this it would be off the charts. Bacon and sausage were delicious. Maybe change up the option to have fried eggs instead of the egg selection they give you. It wasn’t bad just not homestyle yummy… lots of great menu items to choose from. If eating I the food court put it on a big flat plate instead of piling it in a box. The look would be more appealing even though I think the box idea keeps the pancake warm while eating the eggs, hash browns and meat. As I said… tons of potential to be awesome. Be excited to offer your product. I want to see you succeed and grow.
