  It's time to upgrade the play area. I hardly ever get my food correct the first time and average wait time is 20 minutes.

  asked and paid for double burger, only gave me 1 patty, asked for no cheese and no pickles, still put cheese and pickles on my burger, asked for onion rings for side, gave me mozarella cheesesticks instead, all in a single order. WHAT A LET DOWN.

  They called the cops on me for "sitting too long". (I was there for 1.5 hours) They never asked me what i'm doing or warned me the cops were coming. I was taking a power nap after ordering and eating. I gave them a tip too. The cops came out and confiscated my tag bcus it was out of date. Shameful service shameful attitude when i talked to the manager named Jasmine. Jasmine threatens to call the cops again as I was asking to speak to higher management than herself. She claimed to be the manager of the entire store. So i asked to speak to the owner at which time Jasmine claimed to be the owner of the entire store. I did not believe she was the owner but she insisted she was. She refused to escalate the issue to a supervisor beyond herself, instead driving away one of the customers for life. Sonic will call the cops on you for sitting too long. I recommend nobody go there unless it's just a quick pitstop.
