    Management should be fired or retrained. There was a huge rush after a concert. She/he wasn’t prepared and didn’t know how to handle the influx of people. It should have been handled like any night football game. Instead, the manager decides to shut down the drive through and not tell people in the drive through. We waited an hour and a half and never got our food. We though the line was moving, but it was people giving up after waiting at the speaker so long.

    Demand your REFUND RECEIPT or a GIFT CARD. I believe the employees are stealing customer’s food at this location. After what has happened to me and reading so many reviews from others about missing food, it’s likely internal theft. It appears that they’re doing this A LOT. I reached out to corporate and they didn’t do anything. They didn’t refund me and told me it’s up to the store… You read that right. Corporate also told me they would reach out to the store about my refund… mind you, they didn’t ask for my order number or any identifying information about the order. I input my recipe number in the initial contact form and you may think that companies would relay that information to customer service, but that’s not always the case. This is likely why they’ve gotten away with this for so long. My story could be verified. They have cameras all around the building. They would be able to see we never received the Saja meal. My child was so excited for the Saja breakfast meal that we woke up early to get it. I ordered on the mobile app and went through drive-thru to pick it up. At the first window, they provided the receipt and we drove up to the pick-up window. They tell us to pull forward to the reserved parking spot. We sit and wait for maybe 10 minutes… a male employee comes out and I ask him where the rest of the food is and he tells me that’s all of it. I tell him that I ordered the Saja meal and he tells me that they told him the missing food would be refunded. And I told him that didn’t make sense and I wasn’t told this at the window and I need a refund receipt. He went back inside then came back out (without a receipt) and told me the same thing. They refused to provide a refund receipt. And no they weren’t out of Saja meals, they were still selling them. This seems like a major issue in Florida. I had this same scam tried to get pulled on me at a Chipotle, Starbucks, etc. I’m not from Florida and have traveled all over the United States and have never experienced this many employees conveniently “forgetting” items.

    After a horrendous attempt at breakfast at our hotel, we made the decision to stop at this McDonald's on the way to Miami for our first cruise. I wish we had just started driving, because this is the WORST experience I've ever had with McDonald's breakfast. We entered the store and ordered our meals. I got a a sausage mcmuffin meal and an extra sausage mcmuffin. After receiving my food, I unwrapped the first mcmuffin to find the egg was green and gray - not the usual white that I am used to. Opened the second egg to find that it had 3 large greenish gray spots - assuming mold on over 50% of the egg. I'm fortunate that while unwrapping that the bun came off and I saw this before biting into the sandwich, but this is inexcusable. There is no way when building the sandwich that this was not seen by the kitchen staff. Yet they served it anyway. I got our money back on the two mcmuffins, but I would recommend anyone thinking about visiting this location to avoid it and maybe try the next one up the highway a little more. I certainly will.

    Order was wrong managers attitude was extremely poor and acting as if I was the issue that I wanted it remade the correct way then she goes and touches my burger puts what was missing and expects me to eat something her hands have been all over. Absolutely unacceptable I'm a manager in fast food and that is poor service and poor food quality and definitely don't show what the brand stands for .... We love to see you smile . I would smile if my order was correct and people were not bare handing my food before serving it to me

    The staff was very friendly, even going so far as to check back on us in the dining room to make sure everything was good. Of the 3 of us, just my sandwich was so cold that the cheese wasn't even melted (like a cold square of cheese with edges sticking out. I've worked fast food, it happens sometimes. I just lived with it😂), but the hash browns were super fresh and hot. Store was clean but the floor had been recently mopped and was SUPER slippery. I know it's popular to bash self ordering (and I don't like it) but the store cost themselves money by making it a pain to find a way to up size to large drinks. Not just me as an older guy but also 2 young adult college students 😂) We finally gave up and just kept the 3 smalls that the value meals came with. And no I'm not giving you access to my phone with an app to buy a biscuit so stop asking every. single. time. It's annoying.
