  Gainesville Seafood & Chicken is definitely worth checking out. The fried fish was fresh, crispy, and cooked just right, and the gizzards were packed with flavor. The only thing I'd change is that the fries could have stayed in the fryer a little longer to get crispier. Other than that, everything was enjoyable. The prices are reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of the food. I'll definitely be back!

  Honestly the best seafood find in Gainesville for me. I haven't found ANYWHERE else that does fried seafood the way they do. I feel like once you fry seafood you lose a lot of the flavor but that's not an issue at all here. The seafood tastes fresh every time and it's always well seasoned. I literally come into town for this one place.
