- AIAlycar ImpactJul 26, 20261.0I purchased a Daydream Refresher from Dunkin’ at approximately 1:45 PM on Sunday, July 26, 2026, and was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I waited at the ordering box for approximately seven minutes despite there being no one in front of me and no one at the window. When the employee working the window finally acknowledged me, he asked what I would like to order and then immediately repeated himself, seemingly giving me no time at all to respond. When I arrived at the window, there was no greeting or any attempt at basic customer service. The employee simply placed the payment device at the window. When I asked what my total was, instead of responding, he rudely pushed the device closer toward me. After I paid, he shoved my drink into my hand without saying anything, including no “thank you” or “have a good day.” I understand that everyone has bad days, but customer service is still the priority when you are working in a customer-facing position. Customers should not be made to feel like they are an inconvenience simply for being there. The entire interaction was incredibly rude, and I left extremely dissatisfied with the service I received.
- MOMarvin OrtegaJun 21, 20263.0I placed my regular order online. When they put my drink up to get picked up it did not look like my drink. Anybody who orders ice coffee on a regular basis knows what there coffee looks like and mine was way to light. I repeated my order to the worker who was in a hoodie with the hood up. She looked at me and rolled her eyes while telling me that’s what she made. I told her I order this drink about 3 times a week at different locations and it never looks like that. She went on to tell me well this is a different location so things are not going to be the same. As a former QSR manager for over 20 years this is not an answer you want to hear. Dunkin’ is a national brand which means recipes are supposed to be the same everywhere you go, it shouldn’t be different based on the store you are at. She remade my drink and it was visibly darker. I showed her the difference and she acknowledged that it was darker all while rolling her eyes. The food was good though no complaints on that and my daughter said her drink tasted fine.
