Especially when you take into account just how busy they seemed to be, between the drive thru and a couple others in the lobby with me. Everyone was all smiles, (employees AND customers) it almost felt like everyone knew each other. It was kinda fun to watch the crew work, the way everything moved so smoothly and orderly. Everyone here needs a raise 🙌 I didn’t really like Dunkin all that much before this experience.

So we said we would pull up to order. We get there he’s barley facing us. Still get our entire order wrong and had terrible attitude. I’ve literally never had this ridiculous of an experience at any drive through. Never go to this Dunkin. It’s gross and the people there are awful. The best Dunkin in the one by Santa Fe college. Just go though it’s the with the drive. This Dunkin would honestly be closed.

The donuts always taste old and stale, though thats becoming a problem and many other locations as well. Additionally, the employees neither know how to make coffee or how to provide even decent customer service. Don't get me wrong, no one goes to Dunkin for high quality coffee or to be treated like royalty, but the coffee is not even decent and the employees treat you like an annoyance. They are rude, dismissive, or otherwise short with you even if its empty. Additionlly, the smell inside the establishment makes me question how sanitary the general restaurant and especially how clean the coffee machines must actually be. I've been coming here for years and the decline in quality over the last year is astonishing. Will not be coming back.
- RRRewardsSep 23, 20261.0This is the WORST location in town. Doesn’t matter whether I go inside or drive-through. It takes anywhere from 5-20 minutes to get an order. Today, it took 27 minutes from order to pay in drive-through. I got in line at 6:15 AM and reached the window to pay at 6:42 AM. Most employees are unfriendly, never smile, and move as slow as possible no matter what they are doing. This has been the same experience over 6 months. I believe this Dunkin makes the most in town due to location, so there is no incentive to fix the experience. If you’re running late or don’t want to have to leave early in order to be on time, DON’T go to this location.

You will not receive your order, or will wait 40mins for an order that’s wrong. Waste of money and time, paid almost $20 to never receive my order because this location cannot keep up with the traffic flow of customers.
