  I ordered the $6 meal deal with an ice coffee caramel with no ice, regular cream and regular sugar. Instead of regular sugar they put liquid cane sugar and when I ask it’s supposed to be regular sugar instead of remaking the coffee they just added the regular sugar to my coffee. I know the difference between regular sugar and liquid cane sugar. I was highly upset and it didn’t not sit well with my stomach.

  You have to be really stupid to continuously get orders wrong at Dunkin. I’ve had multiple orders messed up, which has been really frustrating. It may be worth improving staff training and quality control to ensure orders are prepared correctly and consistently. Unfortunately, because of these repeated issues, I don’t plan on returning.

  They've been out of ingredients for whatever I've ordered (various things) and unable to make what I wanted on multiple visits. They ask if you want whipped cream on your drink but fail to inform you of the upcharge in advance. You should ask "do you want whipped cream for an extra .50?" You make it sound like it's optional/included in the price of the drink already.

  This Dunkin Donuts is by far the best I have visited. Super clean, fast and friendly service. I enjoy coming to this location.
