The manager is rude she swears while behind counter and smells of cigarettes. They need to shut this Dunkin down and fire that manager. Everyone in there is unprofessional and just all together a terrible franchise

I guess they don’t believe in good customer service anymore. My meal was not hot as usual. And to top it off they didn’t have any straws or napkins. Like I had to go to another restaurant to get a straw and they going to tell me there is nothing they can do about it. No I’m sorry or nothing.
