  I went out with a bunch of friend and we made a reservation days in advice when we came it took them 30 mins to finally seat us and then we waited 20ish minutes for someone to come ask us for drinks and mind you I had to go to someone to ask what was the wait. I thought first 5 minutes you come ask for drinks and then give time for food we waited so long we just ordered food when they came to ask for the drinks and the food took a long time we all ordered at the same time but some foods came in 30 while others it took an other for things I considered simple like fries taking over an hour idk. But then we split the check accordingly and we all got hit with a large party fee of 20%. The check was split I believe 4 ways and each separate check got hit with 20% of the total amount of the whole table not just the separated amount plus we got food with card deal they had I wouldn’t consider that a deal because it got added to the food tab and made it higher only good thing was the games but even then I had a friend scan the card once and it showed one amount of tickets at the ticket shop and scanned it a second time it was a lower amount and the service was terrible for food and the manager didn’t come over to explain or anything and when we spoke to him in regarding to the tickets it got pushed off. My highlight was there was at least one young man when the machine ate my credits 4 times and I wasn’t able to play the game he was willing to follow me and pay for games I wanted to play but I’m surprised they are unable to add credit to the card if there machine didn t work and ate up my money. It wasn’t that great of an experience but it wasn’t terrible hope yall have a better experience and they do better.

  This is the worst place EVER to get food. It was myself & two children. They finished playing so they were hungry and very thirsty. We decided to just go in here, well first off there’s a sign to entrance of dining area that states “wait to be seated by hostess”. So we waited and waited and waited, till I had to actually go ask someone (3 standing at counter) and maybe about four others walking the floor. Finally we get seated, another, wait …wait ….wait… wait for someone to even come acknowledge us. Fianlly a good time goes by the waitress comes over and takes our drink order and food order. So again, we wait … wait … wait till I finally had to get up and go ask if we could at least get our drinks. Drinks arrive and again we wait… wait… wait … (this is MUCH LONGER!!!). Food arrives and they bring out one thing at a time with such a long time beteeen each food item. They bring out a cheese pizza for a four year old that was totally burnt so bad I had to send it back. Finally after all the wait for this whole ordeal the food was not all that great!! French fries hard as a rock, hot dogs taste like they were days old, burgers (sliders) were over cooked, what was supposed to be a cheese pizza came back a pepperoni pizza. This whole time spent here in the food section was absolutely awful. Do not recommend. And mind you this was in the middle of a weekday around 2pm, no signs of being busy at all! The quality of food I give a one star, it that. Service a big 0. And fyi Dave and busters… hire people in the food section that can speak loudly cuz when ya order you can’t hear yourself much less the person taking the order !!!

  Ordered food my daughters food came out quick no silverware or napkins my daughter had to wipe her hands on her cloths cause our server never checked on us I Waited 2 hrs for a cheese burger. Took 30-40 minutes for a refill on my water. 0/10 highly don’t recommend. Food came still no silverware and I asked for napkins and get a tiny one that goes under drinks not even a real full size napkins while the table next to us has silverware refills and actual napkins

  I went recently with a bunch of friends, and it took over 15 mins before anyone even took our drink order. Since we had so much time, we all ordered food and drinks at the same time. Another 30 mins before anyone even took drinks came out, and only half the table’s drinks came out. Our drinks - the other half - didn’t come out until after the 1st half group’s food came out. Even then, the alcoholic mixed drinks came before even my sweet tea! Entirely too long for a table that had reservations days in advanced. They knew we were coming and were wholly unprepared for our arrival.

  I really struggled with how to rate this. Me, my mom and a few other people came here for my birthday. The games and atmosphere were amazing and we had so much fun. But a few things happened that really impacted our experience. We had a reservation for 7 pm. When we arrived (at 7) we waited over 30 minutes for someone to seat us. We sat for over an hour until we received drinks, then another 30 minutes after that for our food. The food was delicious, but the person who brought it out seemed to be in a bad mood and threw the plates down on the table, and gave no utensils. I had to go up to the bar to get them. Second: All the people in our party had separate checks. We were each charged 26% on top of our bills automatically, which brought the cost up astronomically. Third: Towards the end of the night, when we went to get tickets I walked up to one of the auto scanners. I scanned my card and it came up that I had 4760 tickets. I scanned it two more times after with the same reading and went into the prize area. A friend gave me two star trek cards worth tickets, so I went up to put those in. After the guy scanned them my balance was suddenly 4500. Was very confused and a manager came to help, and seemed to also be in a bad mood. He blew it off so I just took the loss and got a cheaper prize then what I wanted. Not sure what happened there. All in all a very fun place but the service is much to be desired and I think we caught them on a very bad night.
