  Laboratory-school banners face the street on the UF-run campus, and a front-office clerk had me wait in the lobby while she checked whether visitors could walk the courtyard. I saw the PreK wing from the sidewalk and a cluster of middle-schoolers changing classes. It feels like a public school with research posters in the windows, not a museum.

  Don't miss out on 4.99 meal with a play card. So worth the money. Chicken tenders and sweet potato fries were great, full size meal. Burgers, wings and much more.

  We celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday at Dave & Buster’s with 18 adults and 16 children, and the entire experience was absolutely perfect from beginning to end! I checked 4 different places in Gainesville but D&B offered the best menu, the best space for our group, and an amazing entertainment package. Everything was well organized, and there was something for everyone. One of the things we loved most is that Dave & Buster’s is not just a place where the kids have fun — the whole family can enjoy the experience together. The atmosphere was welcoming, lively, and incredibly enjoyable for both adults and children. The service was phenomenal from the moment we started planning the event until the very end. Tony was very friendly and guided me for the what would be the best choices. Everyone was helpful and professional, but we would especially like to recognize Jaimie. She was absolutely wonderful — extremely attentive, efficient, friendly, quick, and genuinely kind to everyone, especially the children. She was always available to answer our questions and made sure everything was running smoothly. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made a huge difference in making event so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important milestone. Everything exceeded our expectations, and our entire family and guests had an amazing time. Just one observation: the platters don't serve 7 people like it was told. I would say 4 or 5 maximum. Thank you, Dave & Buster’s, and a very special thank you to Jaimie for making the birthday party unforgettable! We highly recommend this location for family celebrations and special events.

  One of the best places in town suitable for families . Great food, drinks and entertainment. Jaimie was super nice and made my family feel at home . Always coming back <3

  Dave and Busters Gainesville is basically your typical Dave and Busters. Our pickleball group came here for food, drinks, and fun after two hours of playing nearby. We had a great time. The staff was very friendly! All of the game appeared to be operating properly tonight, too. We will definitely be back soon.
