  This Dave and busters was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We are here in Gainesville for important reasons and the manager gave us a free card to play on. Dave and busters I wish I got this managers name at this location Becouse wow your staff at this location are very polite and helpful and caring. Gainesville FL Dave and busters will have a place in my heart thank you.

  This spot went above and beyond for my husband and I on our elopement wedding day ❤️ We went to this location to have a private reception for just the two of us after our private ceremony. The welcome we received was amazing, they not only gave us our first official wedding present-- thank you again for that, but they even threw in our dessert and drinks for free. This place was so amazing that we will definitely be back when our grandchildren visit 😁 thank you again for the best May 4th a woman could ask for ☺️ I would have given you more than 5 stars if I could - again for all the employees working that day thank you again for making a private affair the best celebration ever! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ You guys definitely make our day even brighter!

  Dave and Buster did not disappoint. The restaurant was very clean, the atmosphere was nice and the staff was amazing.

  Several times I have asked google maps for Chick-fil-A or other store and google maps sends me to Dave and busters. Shame on you purchasing changes in driving directions

  I had such a great experience at Dave & Buster’s. There’s a manager there by the name of Justine who was phenomenal!! From the moment we walked in, she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her and her staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure guests were having a great time. It’s rare to come across someone who leads with both efficiency and kindness, and Justine does exactly that. You can tell that she takes pride in her work and in her team. Because of them, our visit was memorable, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Dave & Buster’s is lucky to have such an outstanding manager!
