Honestly I had never seen any restaurant this dirty. I came here with my family in the middle of a long trip and once you get everyone out of the car and car seats it’s hard to do something else. So we dealt with it but man, some better care would go a long way.

The tea containers lids were covered in food. Youngman working the register had zero sense of urgency or respect. Continually glanced at us waiting for ice like we inconvenienced him. Moved at a snails pace. Didn't want to risk the ice or tea, Tossed my cup and left. Never eating here again. Cava is a far superior option!

She is great asset to this franchise location and I hope that I get servise from her due to her speedy and excellent exceution of tast at hand.

Out of everything, completely dirty, no communication between employees so everyone was confused and moving incredibly slow. Drink station was gross and empty of anything that wasnt a fountain drink and even then ice was out. No fajitas, no steak, no dressing, no chips and was told itd be 30 mins before they make more for dinner.

I have stopped going here completely and today I attempted a final try and to no surprise, no steak. No signage indicating they were out of certain ingredients which caused me to wait in a line just to be told they are out and won’t be making anymore and it’s hours before close. This was my last attempt. Based upon nothing but terrible reviews the corporate company needs to step in here and support a change.
