  I'm not one to complain and usually give employees the benefit of the doubt but this is about the 3rd time I've been to this Chipotle this summer and each time it has been a horrible experience. 3rd time's a charm. I'm done. The employees are extremely rude, especially the one who seems to be in charge. She talks super fast and when we can't understand her she gets frustrated with us. The floor is dirty, they are out of napkins, out of fountain drinks, out of chips for kids but somehow we can order a side of chips. We ordered chips and guac and when we opened the bag the chips were missing. I went up to tell her and she said you don't order chips and guac together, you order them seperate, so she said she didn't understand me. I had to pay for another order of chips for my kids. Someone please fix this Chipotle. It's a good location and we love the chain. They are usually busy so I guess no one cares because they are making money, but it's just not right.

  wish i could give this chipotle a lower rating, came in a rush which was no big deal- the workers seemed to be going extremely slow on purpose, rolling their eyes and walking around the kitchen area as slow as possible to grab things. just in general a terrible attitude, when we came to the extras station the employee decided now was the time to clean the whole counter with 40 people in line. of course as slow as possible. when it came time to purchase the food the lady disappeared and went to the back to complain about how she hates working and took 10 minutes to check us out and when she came up to us, loudly announced how she’s trying to go and rang us up finally. terrible experience and restaurant was disgusting

  I don’t know what management is doing with this location but every single time I go here there is only 1-2 people doing the whole front line it’s ridiculous. Those staff are being overworked and they need support. I see them hustling and I appreciate their hard work. But the line is always long and so slow because of the minimal staff at this locations this needs to change, management do better!

  Super slow, took us almost 30 min get a burrito and bowl. One poor lady working food and cashier while two others stood around, handing out online orders in disorganized way rather than just put out on the pickup shelf.

  We waited for over an hour, not because the line was long, but because the staff was so slow. There were only four workers, and one girl was basically doing everything herself in the front. The other front worker was doing nothing to help. Instead of one doing the proteins and the other doing toppings, one was doing everything and the other just cashed people out, making it terribly slow. All in all it was terrible.
