  On Sep 10, I ordered a salad with the new chicken. As usual they were out of multiple things (this time it was steak and coke zero, other times it was cheese and fajita veggies, even right at opening). Unfortunately, being out of an ingredient is not even the reason I am posting...It should have been a sign of things to come when I sat down at a table and the ceiling was leaking onto me and I had to clean the table myself...shortly after eating I fell violently ill...stomach issues, fever, aches, all the major food poisoning symptoms...after 13 days, I am still not fully recovered but am feeling well enough to post this. The worst part, it was the day before my birthday. It ruined my birthday weekend and now I have lingering issues. I know that Google says that there are multiple complaints about food poisoning at this chipotle location but I figured I would share anyways. No need to send me anything as I will never eat at Chipotle again.

  Ordered a regular bowl online which was supposed to have rice, protein, whatever… I picked it up went home and received a bowl with zero rice, minimal protein, and what seems to be a triple portion of sour cream? Terrible customer service, food, everything.

  At least this location didn’t run out of steak, and my burrito was great, but I only found 1 clean table to eat at. All other tables were not clean. Plus the crew doesn’t seem to be running very efficiently. You have everybody else working hard making food except the cashier standing around waiting to ring up orders. Back in the day when I worked for subway I got chewed out for that. I know they’re different companies but the same principle applies. I’d recommend finding ways to utilize your cashiers more like helping with what you can to prepare orders.

  If I could leave negative stars for the service, I would. I kindly approached a young lady with long brown hair who was restocking the napkins. When I said, excuse me, I was responded to with “what “in the nastiest tone possible. I was taken aback but continued. I told her that their ceiling was leaking and starting a puddle on the floor right next to where people are getting drinks. Someone could’ve easily slipped and fallen. There was no wet sign. The lady then said that there was nothing that she do. In my opinion, I believe she could’ve at least placed a bucket underneath the droplets to prevent the water from pooling. Along with that in the line, a man working held up the entire line because he was about to clock out and wanted to make his own bowl as the line was almost outside the door. This place is trash.
