  there was a homeless guy inside all covered in black spots and he was touching everything inside including drink lids and no one was doing anything about it. the lady doing the food was putting her hand inside the damn rice in my burrito. OK i know she has a glove on but like you are touching the whole kitchen and i dont want that in my food. That’s without even mentionng how much stuff were missing from the ingredients PLUS not a single clean table in the whole restaurant to sit on.!!! 0/10 never again

  They were out of half of the things for their product: pico, corn, lettuce, fajita veggies, cheese, guacamole, and water cups. This was at 9:30 and they close 11!

  Genuinely so annoyed that I even spent my money here. The girl who took my order added the tiniest bit of rice and beans, and when I said to add more she added like 1/4 of a scoop. Then when we got to the protein I asked for chicken and she gave me (NOT EVEN JOKING) half a scoop. It’s actually disrespectful that they’re charging you something that isn’t even remotely close to what you’re paying for. The place isn’t clean at all, there’s so much mess where all the food items are and they had ran out of practically everything. This is a chipotle near a school on a Saturday night, you should be fully stocked up.

  This is by far the worst chipotle I've ever suffered the misfortune of stepping into. I'm not 100% sure what the issue is at this location but they are consistently out of some key bowl ingredients, whether it be rice, proteins, or cheese and other common toppings. They also wait until you get to the front of the line to tell you that they’re out of something, and the wait tends to be pretty atrocious. Every customer would appreciate a sign either taped to the glass at the counter, or at the door informing you which ingredients they are out of prior to waiting the 15 minutes just to hear that your bowl is doomed. I would genuinely rather walk the 2.5 miles to the chipotle on archer than go to this location.

  Actually the worst location ive been to. They are consistently shitty. The staff is slow and unresponsive. They clearly dont want to be there and make executive decisions to stop refilling ingredients in the middle day. Numerous time around 2/3 pm they would say they are out of fajita vegetables for the rest of the day. Once I asked for vinaigrette and they said they were out while I could literally see the bucket was full. They are so lazy and do not give a single shit. Manager plz lock in.
