  I went here and this girl with brown hair, I think her name is Kali, she was extremely rude. I told her a hair was in the scoop of rice she was putting in my bowl and she just scowled at me and placed it in. I was so upset, but no one did anything! She needs to be fired or reprimanded.

  The food was not good the atmosphere was off putting the service was top tier though. What ever ingredients they are using with citrus they are using way too much of it. I will not be eating there again.

  This is by far the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever visited. The dining and service areas had food debris on the floors, food left on the counters, and several flies around the food preparation area. It was honestly disgusting and very disappointing, especially for a restaurant located on the University of Florida campus. I hope management addresses these sanitation issues immediately

  It's been awhile since I visited a Chipotle and I don't know what exactly was going on, but it took 19 minutes (third in line) before we finally placed an order (no exaggeration, I noted it from a text message I received once we walked into the restaurant). There were 9 employees visible, but only one working the front area and because he was taking the orders, making the food and completing the purchases it took far too much time for him do all. We watched two literally clean the back counters at least 5 times when it was already completed. And another two just basically wonder around. The manager (if she was) was busy chatting with a service person, totally oblivious to the twelve people standing in line. In fact, what made the entire experience awful was there was a 10th employee in line behind us (on break), and I found it disconcerting that he received double of the meat product to my one (he didn't ask). And to add insult to injury the dinning area was extremely cold, enough for myself and the person I was with to just leave. I don't understand why there were that many employees but only one taking care of customers in line. There wasn't a drive through (that we could see) and it was raining too hard for window pick-up, "so what were the others actually doing?"
