  by far the worst chipotle I've been to dirty uncleanliness. Chicken was over cooked and gave me small portions and rude workers at the least.

  Stopped by Chipotle to get a burrito. While in line waiting to be served I watched them serve the last of the black beans and call for more. I then watched the cook go to the back and grab a chip to eat as she was walking. She eventually went and got a bag of black beans and put them in a pot about 6 minutes later. When it was my turn to order I requested black beans and was told they didn’t have any they only had pinto beans. I questioned were they out, I was finally told no it would just take a while for them to be ready. I said I would wait. My problem is the inefficient manner this was handled at dinner time. I waited only to get back in line and be told there is no longer any chicken. I decided to go with the beef. As the young lady made my burrito she did not drain the beans, nor the beef nor the tomatoes. As she began to fold the burrito I said that’s going to be difficult to eat with all that justice, she walked off without a word. I walked out! If you don’t care about the food you serve and can’t be prepared at dinner time then go out of business!

  if i could give this place 0 stars i would i have never reviewed a restaurant till now. the lady working at the front today was beyond rude and snappy, i have been to this location multiple times and have had the same experience. the workers are annoyed and straight up act like they don’t want to be here. I expect way more from chipotle and she also upcharged me for lettuce which has never happened before. fix your employees please!!

  Seems to me that 1 and 2 star reviews are the norm for this location and describes my experience exactly. Long wait times even though the restaurant isn't busy, constantly running out of key ingredients like lettuce or sour cream or corn. It feels wrong to have to pay extra for things like queso when I didn't get any of the other things I'd expect to get in my bowl. It seems this location is perfectly fine with being mediocre...

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time at this Chipotle. Everything was fine until I got to the register. I asked if I could split my payment by paying $9 in cash and putting the rest on my card. The cashier seemed new and wasn’t sure how to do it, which I completely understood. Everyone has to learn, and I had no issue waiting while she got a manager. The problem started when the manager came over. From the moment she walked up, she had an attitude. She stared at me, gave me rude looks, and acted like I was inconveniencing her for asking a simple question. Meanwhile, the line had backed up with several customers waiting to check out, and after standing there for a few minutes while she tried to figure it out, I politely clarified that I just wanted to pay $9 in cash and the rest on my card. Instead of responding professionally, she held her hand up in my face and said, “Please wait, sir,” in a rude and dismissive tone. That was completely unnecessary and incredibly disrespectful. I understand mistakes happen and employees need help, but there is never an excuse to treat a paying customer that way. I was patient the entire time, never raised my voice, and simply wanted to pay for my food. Being spoken to like that over a basic split payment is unacceptable. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and this experience left a terrible impression. I hope management addresses how customers are treated because no one spending their hard-earned money should be made to feel disrespected.
