  This was my first time going to this location and I will never visit this location again. My fiancé and I ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl. Both had so much lettuce on it we felt like rabbits, they had no cheese available, I went to grab a fork for my burrito bowl to be informed they are out of forks but have spoons (I managed with a spoon), we ordered berry fresca drinks, they had none. We both ordered double protein, neither one of us received double protein, I went back inside with my bowl, asked the girl working behind the counter if this was double protein she said I can’t tell because you’ve already mixed it up. I had not already mixed it I had moved the outrageous amount of lettuce and sour cream out of the way looking for the double protein, there was literally 6 pieces of chicken in my bowl. They did not want to give me what I paid for and I’m assuming the manager ended up telling the girl to go ahead and put some in one of there reds cups “even though I had already ate it”. When I go to any other chipotle I almost never eat the entire thing and always have at least half left for the next day. Needless to say that wasn’t the case here because of the portion being so small. I’ve also never been to a location where the staffed acted this rude to a customer and it’s not like it super cheap, I expect to get what i pay for.

  Avoid this Chipotle unless you like your burrito with a side of food poisoning. Like many other reviews have said this place should be shut down. This location is absolutely disgusting. Pure chaos, no staff, overflowing garbage, toppings all mixed together due to chaos and no staff, piles of dirty dishes in cooking area, and the drink / napkin / silverware area unstocked with trash everywhere.

  First of all the guy that looks like Karlous Miller was phenomenal. He gave great service and had an awesome attitude taking care of customers. The other young ladies that was working genuinely seemed unhappy and it showed in the way food was being prepared and in their attitudes when addressing customers. Now I understand that working for chipotle is not an easy job at all. It is very demanding and the entire shift is a grind from beginning to end. With that being said, the staff has to do a better job trying to provide customers with a good dining experience. I did not feel welcomed at all and almost felt as if my patronage wasn’t wanted at all with the exception of that young man that was doing his best to give customers a good experience. The dining room was such a mess that me and my family ended up not dining in like we normally do and instead just drive home to eat which really takes away the delicious taste of the chipotle food ( we live 40 mins away) Not sure when we will return because clearly we aren’t valued as customers. This is really disappointing.

  Does anyone at this location like their job? Not cheerful to serve you. Don’t verbally respond when you talk to them (something my 2 year old knows how to do). Are unpleasant when you ask questions. How hard would it be to fire these people and hire people who are happy to scoop food for $15 an hour. Fifteen dollars to frown and mix salsa into the guacamole. Super unimpressive. Also, the store is always dirty. The counters and tables are never clean. And it took several minutes for someone to come up and serve the family in front of me. Going to add what everybody else has said in their reviews: I never leave reviews, but this was necessary. I will definitely skip this location next time.

  Honestly, this was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. The restaurant was out of multiple staple ingredients, the trash can was overflowing, there were no utensils available, and the overall cleanliness and organization were unacceptable. On top of that, the employees were extremely rude and acted like customers were inconveniencing them by being there. I understand that restaurants get busy and things run out, but the combination of poor cleanliness, lack of basic supplies, missing menu staples, and rude customer service made this experience completely unacceptable. This location needs some serious attention from management.
